I have shopped at Buy.com three times and all three purchases have been canceled and or the wrong product was shipped to me. I would warn all future customers of buy.com to BEWARE. For my experience with them has been regretful. Shop at your own Risk!

I'm doubt I would purchase again through Buy.com. The web-site has so many ads that it's hard to find product information and it's hard to get answers from a Buy.com customer service rep. For example, the product I ordered was posted on the site as an item that would ship with free ground freight - however, I was charged $38.00 for freight. I emailed the "contact us" area on the buy.com site with no response. That's sad.

Haven't used the drives yet, but looked in good condition...probably won't utilize them for a month or more.

I work for a living. I expect my purchases to be delivered to my door. I do not have time to drive for an hour, spend 35 minutes in an awful part of town in a dirty UPS customer service center to do someone elses job delivering my purchase. Requiring a "Signed in person" delivery should be stated out front so people who don't want to spend hours completing someone elses job can know in advance and buy somewhere else. I will buy from Newegg in the future, who always deliver my product to my front door!

Very Good Selection, Price is competitive, Delivery service was excellent. Only issue is the large amount of commercials on the web site distracting me from the process of searching for the items. Some commercials even hide search results/choices to narrow the search for products. Very annoying
