Excellent customer service. One of the items was defective and I wanted to order some other items, so I called CS on telephone. CS person, Valerie, was extremely helpful and sweet. Unfortunately, I was ordering many different items and we went over the 1 hour limit and the order automatically deleted - we had to start over from the beginning and reconstruct the order - very annoying. You should have some kind of warning notification for the CS person to let them know the order is about to be deleted.

Goos experience, I love that I can get designer jeans for less. However, the sizes really varied, even within one designer. I got two pairs of jeans in the same size from paper denim and cloth and one pair did not fit. Then, I had to return the one pair and give an item number, but the packing slip was vauge as to which jeans were which.

I was happy with my overall purchase, however, the shirt arrived poorly folded, packaged and extremely wrinkled. It will now require a professional pressing before I can wear it.

The Blufly shopping experience was good, although my I used the sizing charts to determine which size to purchase, and the zip up that I have is a bit big for me. I'm still able to wear it and hope that it will shrink a little after the first wash, but thought that the sizing charts may need to be altered slightly.

Being an international customer, the correct details were not on the receipt with regard to returning an item if it doesn't fit etc. Had to make an international call to get the details. Not happy about that.

Everything went fine until it was time to check out. I tried to enter my billing address, which is a PO box, and my shipping address which is NOT a PO box. The site said that they do not SHIP to PO boxes. I wasn't trying to ship to a PO box. The site would not let me enter a PO box for the billing address. The site kept trying to make my shipping address and billing address the same. I had to try at least 5 times to get it correct, and there was no one available to answer my phone call. I ordered a size 36. However, the shoe box that arrived said size 36.5. The boots inside were labeled 36.5 with a sticker, but the actual boots were size 36.
Overall, the experience was very frustrating. I never have this problem with other websites that ask for separate billing and shipping addresses.

Easy website to use, fast delivery. Had one misdelivered item in the two times I've used the website - the outer packaging indicated the right size but inside was a different size garment.

Everything was fine till I received and email stating that they canceled my order due to unable to validate my credit card. Called to order over the phone and then checked my card statement online and there are 2 charges. Called again and was told that one would go away. So far it hasn't. I will give it a few more days before I call again and request a refund.
