Blue Nile's service was fantastic! I ordered an e-ring and it showed up looking fantastic, I just wasn't satisfied with the size of the stone. I called customer service and the guy I spoke to was fantastic. He spent a good thirty minutes on the phone with me. He searched and searched and searched until he found a GREAT stone for me.

Don't let the lower price on some of the stones fool you. He showed me online comparisons with the exact same qualities, but with a big difference in price. They have better buying power with certain dealers and the gentleman who helped me really went out of his way to find a great quality and even better priced stone.

I am blown away at the service I received and the ring the love of my life is wearing is absolutely gorgeous. Granted, she is prettier, but the ring never stood a chance. Both of us could not be more pleased.

This is the first time that I made a significant jewelry purchase online. I am very happy with the result, and I would definitely purchase from Blue Nile in the future. One reason why I chose Blue Nile is because they are able to ship to Australia for free. What a refreshing change from most online merchants who charge as much for shipping as they do for the product!

I get exceptional quality at Blue Nile at excellent prices. Local dealers try to come up with disparaging remarks about the diamonds I bought at Blue Nile, but when we got them under the microscope the jewelers were very impressed.

I would like to have a "no interest" account but since I'm retired & on disability, my applications have been denied. I know that the economy is not great at this time, but to make things progress, businesses need to start to allow lower income & change status(do to economy) not to prevent or limit credit but continue to include all people situations when the determination of credit accounts are involved.
