I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews on Blue Nile lately.  I've bought here a few times over the past 2 years and everything has been really good.  I've needed to call customer service once, and they were helpful and took care of my issue.  Prices are competitive and the website is really easy to use.  I like the way the categories are laid out and the search works really well.  Overall, great products and good service.  Hard to beat your local jeweler when you can see exactly what you are getting, but I've been impressed with the quality up to this point.  I would definitely recommend anyone looking for good quality at good prices to try Blue Nile out.

By the way, they also have free returns on everything.  So even if you're not quite sure on the item, it's essentially risk free to buy it and see if you like it.  Just make sure you don't hold on to it for too long... I think they only give you 30 days to return which isn't bad.  You should be able to decide if you like it or not in the first 10 minutes after you open the box!  I have never had to return anything, but this feature made me comfortable buying.  Again, I've bought 4 times over 2 years and the experience has been very consistent and good.
