My shopping experience at Blue Nile was exceptional - the products were easy to search on, the ordering process was simple and the product arrived in packaging that protected the ring and it's box - and it looked good as well! The ring itself is exactly as it was described online and is a beautiful, high quality ring. I will most definitely shop at Blue Nile again.

My sweetheart was going to be leaving for England for a year. I ordered a Sterling silver heart shaped pendant with her initial engraved on it. The pendant arrived before she left - but was engraved with someone else's name on it! I called customer service, and they sent me another one - but it was too late. My sweetie had already departed. I must now wait a year to give it to her. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!
