Ripoff company, stay away. I called them and they told me they had 40 couched in stock and could expect delivery in 5-7 days. 9 days later they had not even shipped the couch. Called them and the gave me the standard: our warehouse is very busy crap. FYI, they order furniture from China and you may get your delvery in 30-45 days at least.

Terrible experience!!  Just placed an order for restaurant chairs and requested they confirm that the chairs were in stock, which they assured me they were.  Then received an email stating they were on back order for almost 3 weeks.  Then when I called to ask why, they said they would be another week on back order.  Needless to say, I cancelled the order and will order from someone else that knows what they are doing.

I spent $65 on a desk protector and never received it. 3 times I was told a different story about the delivery. It was misplaced, they tried delivering it but I was not home, and eventually they claimed the item was lost. I asked multiple times via e-mail and phone for a refun and never received that either.

From reading other reviews, it appears that a tactic of this company is to hold your money and delay producing the product purchased. I logged a complaint with my local better business bureau but that probably did little good.

Horrible customer service.  Online ordering system is stone age--does not send email confirmation, shipping confirmation or tracking number.  Company sent two shipments and only wanted one.  Company would not take item back OR even offer a partial refund; they profited in full TWICE off a mistake caused by their online system.  Was on hold for over 30 minutes.  Product not of quality expected.  Will never shop with these jokers again.

The information on the website about the product was very complete, including the helpful video. The quality for the price is almost unbelievable! I only wish the assembly instructions were easier to follow. I am very happy with my new chair and would definitely shop BizChair again.

I was very disappointed that the instructions on how to put the chair together were for the wrong type chair. It took me a long time of trail and error to put the chair together. This is unacceptable customer service.

The chair I purchased was for a person weighing no more than 150 lbs. Either I did not read all information correctly or if was not specified clearly. I will not use the chair - it is simply too unsecure for an older adult. I was told when I spoke of returning it that there would probably be both a shipping charge (which I understand) and a restocking charge,...I learned my lesson - I shall get rid of the chai, not order anything more from this company and maybe be smarter the next time I order over the computer.

Beware with these Crocks. They will advertise an item at one price and tell you that it is not the right price. I tried to order the hercules foldable metal chair and the web page said that it was 13.95 for 4 chairs it even gave the dimentions and shipping weights for all four. I contacted BIZ CHAIRS and they said that it was a mistake that each chair was 13.95. I told the lady that it was not my faul that they messed up. After speaking with the manager (jessica) who stated that she was going to return my call, I never heard from her ever again. The customer should not be responsible for the mess of the company. She could have called apologized or work something out. I'm in the process of obtaining legal help. FALSE ADVERTISING. NO PROFFESSIONALISM AT ALL. THIS COMPANY SUCK DONOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY.

I bought an entertainment center that needs assembly. I received it with 15 pieces dented, scratched, battered and peeled. I called customer services and was asked if I wanted to keep the damaged furniture for a refund. I said no I would prefer to return it. In oder to open it I had to rip the boxes to prevent the parts from scratching since the product is wood. They are requiring that I send the product in its original package in order for me to get the money back or that I get packaging on my own. The wooden parts are large and heavy and after investigating, I would have to buy custom made boxes that are very expensive. I would spend over $200  to package them. The customer service representative insists I keep the damaged goods for a refund.

Purchased a  reclining chair rom Bizchair  since they offer free shipping and 60 day money back guarantee.   However, it turns out that if you return a product there is a 35% restocking  fee on top of the shipping costs. This is a rip off.

Customer service made a phone call to my ship to address to ask what logo I wanted on the bar stool. The person they spoke with at my ship to address had no idea because they did not place the order. Instead of calling me the customer, they sent an email that did not contain "Biz Chair" in the header at all, so I did not open it. It was only after I called to see if the order had shipped did I find out why it had not. The lady in customer service was very short and rude telling me this had no bearing on the status of the ship date. How could it not if they were not going to process the order until they knew what I wanted. This was a Christmas gift and the web site said it was in stock and would ship in time for Christmas. I entered the item number that I wanted to purchase. If there were any other choices, it should be available at the time you place your order. I called back a couple of days later and the 2nd lady in customer service started out nice enough but became short and rude, keep speaking over me and finally hung up on me. Called back to speak to a manager but honestly don't feel like it did any good. The absolute worst treatment I have ever had from anyone in customer service. Received the item on the 29th of Dec. The logo is like a screen print and will rub off in no time. I do not recommend purchasing anything from Biz Chair. I will not.

The web site said free shipping, but when I went to check out, I was assessed a freight charge that was half the cost of the 4 chairs I initially ordered. I had received an email saying I had to confirm the shipping charge before the order could be placed. I ended up reducing the order to 2 chairs and still paid a $56 freight charge for chairs that weigh less than 10 lbs and cost $68/chair. What BS. This was a gift and while the recipient loved the chairs the S&H was over the top and instead of 4 he only got 2 chairs.

The price was really great. Table arrived damaged. 5 days and 3 phone calls to get a return call. Left voice messages, no response. When someone finally contacted, a scenario of events to be followed was laid out. NONE of those events occurred on schedule, but each occured unannounced......arrival of replacement tanle and pickup of damaged table. All is fine now. Just took 2 weeks to get straightened out. The most irritating issue is the lack of communication,altho it appears someone - somewhere - was actually working behind the scenes.

First and only time I will do business with these people.  Watch out for the "additional shipping charges"!   You do not learn of these until after the order has been processed.   You then have to agree to the additional charges before they ship or cancel and lose a week of your time where you could have started with someone more straight-forward to begin with.    Slow and unresponsive customer service.  More waste of time.   Finally, was able to cancel the over priced order to minimize losses.   Will start over, staying away from BizChair.

Placed order on website. Paid in full with credit card. Was told it was on its way by Bizchair reps. Received confirmation of order. Then, they tried to charge an additional $22.00 and several $1 dollars for processing. When I asked them what was going on, they cancelled my order. Looks like they charge one price to get you to purchase it over the competition, then they bill you for shipping costs afterwards. When I paid the shipping total was $0.00. Subsequently, they billed me $22.00 more for shipping.

I was shocked, utterly shocked, by the color of the chairs. They were completely different than the picture. They were unusable and unnacceptable. Biz Chair was completely inconsiderate and rude about the my desire to exchange them for the color that I thought I was ordering. They were uncooperative and now I am stuck with the chairs. I was completely appalled by their unprofessionalism and unwillingness to help. I was willing to pay to receive another set, but cannot use a purple chair (mahogany should not be bright!). I was completely dissatisfied with Biz Chair. It is a shame, as I have need for equipment often.

Absolutely terrible customer service!!!!!!!! They charged my CC double, never sent chair, and assessed an astronomical shipping fee which was more than the value chair!!!!! Do not , do not, do not use this online business. The very ethnic sounding customer service rep. told me to "go scratch". And finally after jumping through 'hoops of fire, and waiting on hold for an eternity, a shipping clerk refunded my card. I'm not just your typical bitter consumer; I've never even gone through the trouble to write a review on a company. Sure I've been disappointed with services in the past, but hey, that's life. This company though is incorrigible, with a blatant disregard for average customer service. They are an awful and completely unprofessional organization. Your needs for a chair will be much better served by another vendor. Trust Me!!
