The only complaint that I would have is the amount of wait time required when you phone for customer service. Other than that I was very pleased and would definitely buy from them again.

The box that the chair came in was in poor condition, however I don't know if that is bizchair's responsibility or the shipping company. Although the product itself was in good condition so it matters little.

A good, solid merchant. Processing of order was neither notably prompt nor notably slow; fulfillment was similar, neither rapid nor slow. I'd definitely do business with them again, as their prices and selection are excellent. The only negative is the coloration of their display photos. The photographs are significantly color shifted, at the source, so if you have time ask for a sample.

After making a purchasing decision based on an advertised 2-day shipping statement on the Biz-Chair website, my order did not arrive in the stated time. After waiting more than a week for any communication, email, phone calll from Biz-Chair, I called spoke to a customer rep, they had no idea what was going on, whether the order had even been placed with the manufacturer, and assured me they would call back with a tracking number and an expected delivery time. This did not happen - 3 additional calls were made by myself again with the same assurance that I would hear back from Biz-Chair regarding my order. Again this never haapened and it was left to me to make all contact with Biz-Chair. This was a major dissapointment from an online merchant. I will not shop at Biz-Chair again.

The worst experience I have had with a purchase.I got chairs that were damaged and have not been replaced or credited to my account. One chair broke in the first day of use. I can't get a return phone call. I am always told that someone will call back in an hour. I was told the General Manager will not take phone calls and the lady in the returns department could not spell his name. I have been trying to deal with this company on a daily basis. Please have someone from this company contact me if you can. I would advise anyone else to never do business with this company.

When I answered no about the condition of the product, there was only 1 out of 4 chairs that had a defect and that was quickly remedied when I called the 1-800 number. I am completely satisfied with the purchase.

too long to get a quote for shipping. No information about order or package tracking. No one aswer the phone unless you claim to be making a new order.

The vanity was packaged very well and arrived in excellent condition. This company had the best price for this vanity and I would definitely order from this company again. It took a little longer than I wanted but was worth the wait.

I still have not received the shower chair. On the web site it said that for an order over $200 dollars shipping was free. My order was over that yet I received an email 2 weeks after I placed the order stating that I needed to pay shipping. I paid the shipping and still over 2 weeks after the shipping was paid I have not received the chair. My credit card was billed a month ago so they have there money and I still wait for the product. I was finally told that the product has been shipped and should arrive by Feb. 20th. I hope so. This product was ordered for a man who broke his hip and now he has been waiting over a month for this product. The hip may heal before we get any action on this.

Order placed over one month ago. Item damaged and returned 2 weeks ago. BizChair will not respond to my Emails about the status of the order - new item to be shipped or credit to my credit card? Customer service on phone impossible - I spent 2 hours on hold listening to how important my call was - maybe not that important. After a month, I do not have the item ordered, I do not have my money, and I do not have a business that will respont to my questions.

The product was delivered with a destroyed box and most of the parts missing. FEDEX driver said he would note that the box was delivered damaged - later I found out he reporte it as left on door step. BIZ chair said my problem was with the manufaturer and I might get parts. IF I would not accept parts, I would have to return at my expense and would have initial shipping deducted from what I paid. I have to call again and again to get answers - last Friday - Biz chair told me they were waiting to see if the manufaturer could get me the missing parts - All I go was the seat and back, the two pistons, 5 wheels and a damaged star for the wheels - This will definitely be last last purchase through BIZ chair and will challenge the charge on Discover. Their communication with me has been abysmal. John T
