I will not buy from Bellacor again. I ordered a nova stonework chandelier and first of all got it weeks and weeks later than said.
The main reason for my review is to warn people to check your inventory right away. Apparently they give you like 24 to 48 hrs to check it or your out of luck if its missing a piece. We were missing the chain and loops. They said sorry its not in a timely matter. I said I was patient with you waiting for it and it was extrememly difficult to do a inventory on the lamp cause it was intricately packed. We also found out it recommended an electrician,which at the time we had to wait. I got so mad at Bellacor for not cooperating I called the nova company myself and they were really nice about it and are sending it out right away and apologized. Bellacor wanted to charge me for the parts. I said at the end of the day I never received the part reguardless of whether I did it later on. I will never shop at Bellacor again no matter if I love something. I will buy from Nova stoneworks again.
