This was my first time shopping with Bedbathstore and I must say I'm quite pleased. I purchased the chenille bedspread in sage green with matching shams and throw pillow. The bedspread is just gorgeous - high quality cotton is thick and soft and color was true to the picture. I fell in love with it as soon as I unfolded - and I'm still in love.

took longer than expected to receive order other than that,no problem i liked the variety of curtains to choose from but i wish some things could be purchased individually, rather than having to buy a set

The items were out of stock so had to wait until they had them restocked. Then items were shipped but they did not deliver to our house. The tracking said that it wasn't a valid address. UPS has delivered to this address before. The address was correct: Doris McGuire, 876 Burland Dr., Bailey, CO. 80421, My credit card was charged when the order was made not when shipped. Now the shipping says it is on the way back to LYNBROOK, NY, US. I am very disappointed. My husband fell and broke his hip and we need the shower curtains and rings to update our bathroom so he can shower. He is unable to climb stairs to go to another bathroom. Please let me know what you are going to do about my order. Thank you, Doris McGuire I do understand that it is basically the fault of UPS for not delivering the order.

Bad customer service.  Ordered sheets and says usually ships in 1 - 2 weeks.  Well over 3 weeks now and still no sheets.  Called customer service and talked to a very rude lady.  Site has not refunded my order yet.  Find another site.

After placing my order in late March, I realized I hadn't received any email or package from the company in over a week. I checked the status online and the order was pending. I contacted customer service and they did respond within 24 hours to explain the bath mat was out of stock so they were holding the order until it arrived. They offered to ship everything except the bath mat then the mat when it is in stock, or offered for me to wait on the full order. I responded by telling them I would have appreciated an email telling me about the pending status of the order instead of me having to contact them. I told them to wait and ship the whole order at once, thinking it would be only a bit longer. It has now been over 11 days since I responded and told them I could wait for the order. I had no idea it would be this long. I wrote back to customer service last night (but it was Saturday and is now Sunday, so I understand they may not be in the office right now) and asked them to ship the order they have in stock and send the bath mat when it is available. I also included a question as to how long they anticipate it will take for the bath mat to become restocked. Hopefully I will receive a response shortly. I've made purchases from BedBathStore before and not had any problem. I'm confident I will get my order eventually, but this experience has not been the best with this merchant this time.

These 1500 thread count Cal King sheets are wonderful....best value and quality . Perfectly sized, generous deep pockets, great fit, super soft yet crisp with that rich, heavy feeling of well made sheets. We love them.

When I ordered the item on line, the item was in stock. I received notice that it would ship in two to five days. I never heard another word. I tried to track the table cloth and found nothing. I finally contacted customer service. They discovered that it was bckordered. I am disappointed that I was never sent a notitification that my item was on backorder. By the way, I was charged immediately. It is almost a month now since I ordered the table pad and it has not arrived!

I was very impressed with the quality of the curtains.

I ordered a product (that I am unsatisfied with) and 18 days later it was postmarked.  In my email confirmation it stated it would only be 2-3 days!!!  On top of that there is a 30 day return policy...I RECIEVED the item on the 31st day.....scammers!

The only thing I was not sure was the color of the shower curtains. I went with white since I could not really tell what the other colors were like. There were samples on line but they were small and I did not trust the tone.

I shopped online and found exactly what I wanted, good quality & a reasonable price.

I ordered insulated curtains November 30, 2010.  Two weeks later they still hadn't shipped them, so I cancelled the order. Despite numerous calls and e-mails, they never refunded my $161.95.  I would NEVER order anything from this company.  It was a very expensive lesson.

Assume this survey is in response to my first purchase. I have responded accordingly. Have not received my order from 2/14. It seems that processing and delivery has been slow both times.

I had to check something in #6, but I did not have to do anything no was I aware of any rebate.

I have not received the merchandise yet, but I was charged for it when I ordered it which was several weeks ago. I have contacted the merchant by email and have received timely responses. Each time I was told it would be another2-3 weeks before I would receive my order. I need it now as I will be leaving town for an extended period and I don't want it delivered while I am gone.

The shopping experience was fine. I bought a shower curtain with matching curtain and they are different colors. The window curtain is the color shown in the ad but the shower curtain is the same color but faded.

Beautiful quality product. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Wound up ordering the wrong size for my hi riser bed (needed the extra long size)but the customer service representative was helpful. Just didn't like the fact that I have to pay a 10% restocking fee and shoulder the cost of the return myself. But it was my mistake, so....

I think Bedbathstore is the best place to purchase curtains! They have great selections, prices, and ship very promptly. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for window treatments, and would recommend them highly to all of my friends, family, and co-workers.
