Their service has been excellent. Previously I had ordered a hair dryer from them which broke during traveling. They sent me another one with a return mail label so I could send back the broken one without paying postage. I think their customer service is great and I'm happy with everything I've purchased from them.

It was my first time using Beauty Deals and it was a very enjoyable experience. I received an email telling me that my order was going to be delayed due to product stock and to call. When I did, I pleasantly found out that it was a 1 day delay. That was nothing! If that's their level of service for something (in my eyes to be) so minor - that's wonderful customer service!

The Mousse does not work. When I picked up the shipping box I could hear the cans knocking all over. Poor packing job - crappy products. The flat iron is junk too!!!!!!!
