My entire experience with Beach Camera has been EXCELLENT!
I ordered a Panasonic 50 inch plasma TV (...85U). From the order being made to the home delivery including every step of the way, I was kept informed as to the status of my order and shipping information. I was given a 4 hour home delivery window well in advance which I was allowed to approve as to the day and time of delivery. Everything arrived in top condition with no problems of any type. The delivery person was helpful and knowledgeable. A very pleasant buying and delivery experience. Beach Camera will be my first choice on purchasing anything they carry that I would be of interest to me.

Ordered the Canon Powershot SD1100 camera late Sat night and received it Wed AM at work with the 3-6 day shipping(needed it for daughter going on a trip so opted to not use free 7-9 day shipping). This is my 4th order from from Beach Camera and each has come promptly and fully intact.

Online store, like Beach Camera keeps the business on the net alive. I was recommended by my friend (a professional photographer) to try this store. I did and extremely satisfied with the transaction. I am not going say they are the cheapest but guess what - I'll rather pay rather "extra" to get the right service and the exact product which is in high $$$ anyway. One click payment through paypal, no waste of time for entering shipping details etc. For free shipping they mentioned it may take 7+ days to get it but guess what - I got it overnight. Well, may be I am local, that's why. What a nice surprise? The Fedex lady was knocking at my door early morning (Saturday) and telling me sorry to wake me up. Sorry? Are you kidding? I am very happy to have my new lens and filter and thank you.

This was a completely hassle free on line purchase. Delivery was exceptional as well as the value I received for the product. I was somewhat skeptical when I began the purchase process, having never dealt with Beach Camera before. When I received the confirmation and delivery tracking number, my mind was put at ease. The camera arrived in 2 days after it was shipped and it included everything that they specified. I was greatly impressed with their service and on line ordering system.

This was my second purchase from Beach Camera and, like the first, this one went flawlessly. (My first purchase was a digital camera; this one was a 37" LCD HDTV.) The price Beach advertised was among the lowest I could find; free delivery was offered and fulfilled; the TV was shipped promptly and arrived on time; it was well packaged (the factory box was placed inside another box!). The web site is easy to navigate and all the information I needed was available. Their product selection is enormous. Tracking my shipment was simple using the link that Beach emailed me very shortly after I placed my order. The delivery (using FedEx ground) went smoothly and was right on time. Although I live on the other side of the country from Beach Camera (they're in NJ, I'm in WA), and on an island, no less, I find it worth waiting the extra couple of days a ground-delivery shipment may take for the extra quality of their service. If you live on the east coast, it's a no-brainer.

After searching the Internet I found one of the lowest prices at Beach Camera. PS: This price was LOWER than anybody on e-Bay.

I had bought a camera several years ago and was happy with their service then. But this time it was even better as the price included shipping, and the new camera was delivered within two days! No refurbished or compromised product, BRAND NEW. Very happy with their service.

I ordered the Camera and SD card Saturday evening. Apparently, they work Sunday, because I had a tracking number Sunday noon. The items arrived Tuesday, 10 am (in York County, East-central PA). Prices are the best. This is my second time dealing with these guys in the past few years. Highly recommended.

VERY GOOD SERVICE, RECIEVED EVERYTHING FAST AND IN GOOD CONDITION. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

I have ordered 3 times from Beach over the past several years and have no complaints. Everything arrived more quickly than I expected and nothing was damaged. I have never had to contact customer service.

Item was shown as in stock when I ordered, and the tracking page showed that it was being prepared at the warehouse for 2 days. Then the status changed to "In Process". I called customer support and they told me it was out of stock. The lens is currently shipping, but I have not received it yet, and there is no tracking data on the Web site. This is annoying because this happened to me the last time I usd Beach Camera, and tha time the customer support lied to me and told me that the manufacturer had recalled a lens, which was not true. To be a little fair, the lens I ordered is in high demand and was selling out at all web sites very quickly, so I can see that there would be a window where the web site would not match the supply status (but it shouldn't be 2 days).

I ordered Canon 40D digital camera kit from Beach Camera on April 29. Their customer service called me the next day and said the camera will be shipped out tomorrow. I received the item a week later delivered by FedEx. The camera kit was brand new and USA product plus a free 2gb Sandisk CF as it was advertised. On top of this I think I have saved about $400 had I purchased this same camera kit at Circuit City or Ritz. I would recommend everyone for their first class service, fast delivery, product accuracy and great price.

Beach Camera had the best prices when I was shopping for my Palm Tungsten E2. Later that day (after shopping for digital cameras online and in retail stores) I found they also had the best price on the digital camera I wanted. I also got "free shipping", making the camera and Palm an even better deal!

The phone system was delivered promptly at a great price. It has worked flawlessly since installation. It arrived with full documentation in the manufacturer's packaging.

I felt confident that I would receive my order in a timely manner. I had mistakenly provided the incorrect zipcode, but customer service helped me work out the problem and all was well. Thank you!!

Order process and sight navigation is great. I received my order on time. It was packed fine and the outer packaging was in good condition when I got it. It appeared like the person that pulled the order grabbed the box by the top and pulled it off the shelf. The top flap was torn and the corner was crunched where it no doubt fell on the ground. The camera and contents were fine. I DO think that a 740.00 camera should be handled more carefully.
