My barcode printer went down late Friday afternoon, and I needed to find a replacement fast. I was able to quickly find the printer I needed on Barcode Giant's web site, and the actual purchase was one of the easiest I've made online. I recently bought a Metrologic scanner from this store. I was very pleased with the way the Barcode Giant store was set up, which made the products easy to find. The prices were lower than other stores I looked at online, at least for the item I bought. Right away I got an e-mail confirmation and the next morning I got my UPS tracking number. Very handy!

Ordered this scanner from them three weeks ago. Supposed to get free two-day shipping. What they neglected to tell me is that they couldn't get the product and that it would ship two days from the time they could get it. Words cannot describe how angry I am. It took an act of congress to cancel the order so I could place with a different company.
