I actually order the stool as a gift and it is just lovely. The couple (our son and daughter-in-law) love it. The quality is wonderful, which I have found true of all items I've order from Ballard's. This is such a nice item that I would consider ordering it again.

I love my outdoor rug! It looks great and the quality is wonderful. I have it up stairs on my roof top deck, so it gets rained on,and alot of direct sun. I'm very close to the ocean so we get alot of dampness also. It still looks great! It gives my patio a finished designer look. As an interior Designer ( and sometimes Exterior) I would definitley recommend this rug and Ballard Designs.

Truly a beautiful rug. While it was received damaged I decieded to take a credit and keep the rug, versus the inconvenience of return and re-ship. I get a lot of compliments on the rug. I have had it professionally cleaned and it maintains its loveliness. I will have this rug for a very, very long time as it is an exceptional piece in my home.

I love Ballard Designs. Their rugs are durable, stylish and unique from other stores.  This rug was a repeat purchase for me. I shop with them because of their classic yet modern look on things. We have several items in our home from their catalog.

I have furnished a vacation home over the last 5 years with Ballard purchases --as well as continuing decoration of our main residence-- and LOVE everything!! Their items are the perfect fit for my tastes and I even keep old catalogs just to remember the decorating and colors used in the photos.

I order the 8'rd black Chelsea rug for my kit nook table and another rectangle one for my sunroom which can be seen from  each room so it ties everything together and makes such a beautiful statement!  The rug sample that I ordered was a great help since my friends say I always have to touch everything in the store!  This is my largest purchase with Ballard and am very pleased and always look forward to their unique catalog!

I received it quicker than promised and it looks great in my hallway.  Most of the stuff in their catalog is wonderful.  I would love to fill my home with Ballard items.

This media console we bought from Ballard Designs is very stylish and well-priced.  The distressed black finish is just what we were looking for.  It's also very functional because the top drawer face pulls down in order to easily access any component you might have in there (DVD player, cable box, etc.).  The side cabinet doors open and fold back, which also allows for easy access to components.  There is plenty of storage between the three drawers and two cabinets.

I am delighted with my bill payer. It is solid and well-built and the proportions are just right. I particularly like the special storage features and their placement. I know that I will get a lot of use out of it and will continue to enjoy being so well-organized and owning such a good-looking piece of furniture.

As soon as I saw the design in my Ballard Design catalog, I simply "had to have it" and once it arrived - I couldn't have been happier! Excellent value combined with great value and above average quality make this a very good buy! Incidentally - I found the same set in a local gift store - and Ballard Designs is so much cheaper.

The landscape brings back many wonderful memories of our trips to Italy.  We also purchased the smallest one as a gift.  Have been happy with our purchases and impressed with the quick service.  We'll shop at Ballard's again.

As, in the majority of times, I appreciate their vast selection and quality of merchandice that they have to offer.  In addition, their customer representatives are exceedingly helpful, a pleasure to do business with.  If they can't answer a question, they go to extra lengths to obtain an answer.  Sometimes it is easy for them, sometimes they have to take a circutious way, to get me the most information possible.

I ordered three rugs for my newly built screened porch.  They look exactly as I hoped; I am pleased with the color, construction and the finished product.  Certainly will continue to review their catalog. 

I love all of the things in their catalog and really look forward to looking through it and getting ideas for my own home!  When it came time to redo my laundry room- I knew just where to go! I love the look of this drying rack as well as how easy it is to use.

I recently went to their new store in the Towne Center Mall in Jacksonville, Florida and was so thrilled to see all the familiar items in person that I had admired in the catalog. I loved it! I was looking for artwork to go with my new bedroom comforter and wall paint.  I was thrilled when I found these prints on the website and was even more excited when they arrived.  They are beautiful and go perfectly with my new bedroom.  Thanks Ballard!

I have been happy with all the products I have ordered at Ballard Design. I love the Eclectic style they offer. I just recently ordered the Loo Plaque and the Narcissus in Toulon print. I am very happy with both items. In the past I ordered the Petite Claire Chandelier and the sconce. I receive alot of compliments on both pieces. I will definitely order again from Ballard Designs.

The canaries are delightful.  A friend of mine is a bird lover and I initally bought the canaries for her; however, I just had to have a pair for myself!  I look forward to each Ballard catalog.

My indoor / outdoor rugs were wonderful.  I found them to be exactly as pictured, and even better looking.  The price was fabulous for the value.  They arrived timely, and packaging was more than adequate.  I look forward to future purchases.

These urns were purchased for the purpose of displaying floral arrangements at the entrance to the aisle for my daughter's wedding.  They held the first arrangements our guests viewed as they approached the seatting area for the outdoor wedding.  They are elegant and just the right size for the tall flower arrangements.  I received rave comments and have moved them to my backyard and now hold outdoor plants where we do our outdoor entertaining.  I am so glad I found them when I searched Google for large urns.  They were ordered only 2 1/2 weeks before the wedding and were shipped promptly. 

I was very surprised at the soft texture and excellent quality of these sheets.  My friends are all about 600 thread count, but i thought I would try these for a guest room.  Instead I will be using them on my bed.  So thanks to Ballards for offering a great product.

The ordering process is very easy at Ballard.  My rugs showed up just a few days after I placed my order.  I do wish they would have included a current catalog.  I will order again for sure

I bought a bag from ballards as an overnight bag for my baby daughter. I had it monogrammed with her name. It is really perfect for those weekend trips to visit the grandparents! I was able to stuff all her clothes, blankets, bibs, etc. in this roomy bag. I would definitely recommend, as it is very cute.

I was very impressed by the quality and value of the painting I ordered from Ballard Designs. The painting was even more beautiful that the picture in the catalog or online.
