the whole purchasing process was smooth and easily completed. i only wish they had a demo of how to put up the tent. not hard to assemble. one disappointment, i wanted to install a ceiling mounted gear loft, made to fit the entire top inside of the tent, but there was only one loop, dead center of the ceiling and 2 long, narrow hanging gear lofts - one on each side of the door. i had first to sew and install 6 loops to use to hang the loft, before i could tailor what i wanted. however, it rained the first 2 nights i camped with my new tent, and i was snug and dry inside the dome. it was a warm night, but there is plenty of ventilation sewn in. i bought the footprint to go under the tent which came with a small vestibule footprint, as well. i don't understand why they weren't sewn together, as walking across it caused it to slide away from the main footpring, admitting pine needles and cones. very annoying. i sewed them together. much better. overall, the tent is snug, but when i broke camp and removed my air mattress, i saw that water had collected between the footprint and the tent floor, and the tent floor was wet. had i slept in my sleeping bag on the floor, i would have been soaked. so, buy some tent waterproofing before you use the tent, and apply it to both the footprint and the tent bottom! i didn't contact backcountry edge about this, but intend to.

NOT impressed!   I ordered 2012 Leki poles and backcountry edge sent the 2011 version and charged me for the 2012 poles!   

Good product. I looked all over the web for a walking cane with theese features and this was the only one I found.

I ordered a shirt for our son and it was shipped to him. His liked the product, but it was tighter than a shirt we gave him for Christmas (different maker) and he wanted it a bit looser, so he exchanged it. As far as I know, he had no problem returning it, and I have now received an email saying it had shipped to him. That's all I know. It seems like a great place to shop for things our son and his two boys need for camping trips.
