The product I received was NOT what it was pictured to be. I was VERY disappointed and would not order from this company ever again. It was very over priced and absolutely NOT what they advertised. I do a lot of shopping on line and this was a complete disappointment!

I would not order from baby-wise. I recently placed an order for bibs with them & they sent me the wrong ones. I have contacted them repeatedly to try to get it corrected & they just ignore me! I have emailed them 4 times and no one has ever responded. It looks like there is no way to call them either! I would go somewhere else.

I am VERY disappointed with the customer service and therefore am very hesitant in ordering from this store. I had a question about a product so I emailed them twice and did not get a response. I then called the number posted on the website. I called a number of times and left messages and no one has called back. The recording on the voice message is this generic one and very unprofessional-sounding. I am so shocked at the poor customer service and am scared to buy something from them in case I have to contact them for some reason. Be very cautious purchasing from this store.

The website was difficult to navigate from page to page and there was not even an option to add a gift card or note. Very poor as I had to go thru the checkout process many times as the items were not available and it would not let me use the back button.

The ordering process was fine, but the wrong product ended up at my door. After explaining to the customer service person that I did not receive the product as listed on their website, they agreed to ship the correct product and send a return mailing label. However, when we asked if they could expedite the replacement product, they said it was my error and they were doing me a favor by shipping the replacement free of charge. This is not true, and I politely explained to the customer service person the error was on their website, but he would not even consider the notion that I was correct. In the end, I will get the product I ordered, although about two weeks after I placed the order, which is inconvenient at the least. But I'm also left with a bad feeling about spending my money with this company. Customer service is easy when everything goes smoothly, but you really find out what a company is all about when problems arise. This company did not show me much respect as a potential return customer.

Initially I was pleased because you had the product, would gift-wrap, and ship with name of gift recipient.
However, the gift has not yet been delivered. UPS tracking indicated there was no correct street address. My printed order receipt from you shows the correct street address. This is a street address on a main road in a major city, Palo Alto, CA. Apparently your company messed up the address after confirming it correctly on my order.
I ordered a different floor puzzle from a competitor of yours right after I ordered from you. That puzzle was delivered last Thursday, May 31. It is now June 5, and your product is still not delivered. Both orders were for ground UPS. Your order, which included gift wrap, cost $10. more. In the future, I would order from your competitor who delivers in a timely fashion. My granddaughter is still waiting for your product.
Questions 4 and 6 do not apply yet, but this survey would not let me end without checking something.

I like the products at BabyEarth. I do not like the way the website won't let you continue shopping when you add something to the shopping cart; that was a frustating feature that needs repair.

I imagine the product and service will be excellent, but, since I have yet to receive the basket, taking this survery seems absurdly prematur,and invlaidates my responses. If you would like me to complete it after my order is completed, I will be happy to do so...so far, the tracking info is excellent. Pat Slakie

I found shopping at baby-wise very convenient with an easy to navigate website and very good selection of products. The only suggestion I would make is on the checkout/billing. While the site maybe secure I would prefer to have only the last 4 digits of my credit card revealed on any transaction statements. Other than that my shopping experience was great and I found the exact product I wanted.

at first, i was very impressed but when it was time to receive my order i was very disappointed. although i had inputted a seperate delivery address on the order, the items were mailed to my billing address, therefore, i was not able to get my items on time much less to their place of delivery. I thought for a second i had made a mistake and when i went online to check my order status on baby-wise.com, my information had been inputted correctly.
at first, i was highly impressed with the level of customer service but with this delivery mishap, i'm not so sure anymore.

rated their site as poor because all I could find was "add to cart" but couldn't figure out how to check out. When I finally gave up and pushed escape to exit the site, it brought me to the check out page.

The company stated that they had the stroller in stock.
Actually, there was an inventory error and it was not in stock.
We would have ordered it initially from a different supplier if we would have known. We were then delayed in getting and ordering the product due to communication concerns.
Emails went in to spam.
Otherwise we may considering ordering if the need arises.

My only complaint is the price of shipping. Other than that the site was easy to use and the order came quickly. Plus this product was hard to find. This was one of only 2 places that carried the item.

Babyearth was great. I had to email customer service with a concern and I got a response back within 24 hours. The only thing I would improve is the paypal service. For some reason it never worked for me. Great Site! Will tell friends.

I didn't know about BabyEarth before, and I found it a very good place to shop for new babies. I wish a wrapping cost is a little bit lower.

They had exactly what I was looking for and got it to me quickly. My only complaint is the pictures weren't good enough to see exactly what I was ordering, and the drop down to select my colors didn't correspond well to the pictures. I ended up with a pacifier that said "sweet boy" on it when I was buying for a girl.

It was easy to browse through your site and I received my merchandise in a very short time. I did receive an email stating that one of my items was no longer available in the color I chose but was given options, thought this would delay my order but it did not, good service.

I really thought this was a great site to get mam nipples. The only problem I had was that as soon as I got the nipples, 2 of them were bad, meaning they had like a defect in them, I have to contact the company

Unexplained delay in shipping. Product was said to be shipped on a monday and expected to arrive on Friday. Order tracking showed no progress beyond "billing information received" until Friday when status showed shipment date "rescheduled" and in progress through Illinois. It is Sunday today, and I expect the product will arrive tomorrow, which is fine, a week from order date, which is what the initial estimate stated. All of this was only frustrating because with the expected delivery still saying Friday, with no progress on the tracking page, I emailed BabyEarth customer service and they reassured me with all confidence that it was on track to deliver Friday, even though there was nothing to indicate the package was even in transit. This just leaves me with the impression that customer service didn't really know what they are talking about.
