Great Site! The first of many watch purchases from Ashford.com!

I buy watches every year or so, and it was once again time for me to indulge….when spending a lot of money online you want to be sure about the company you’re dealing with. I had my eye on the Movado 0605910 mens watch and found it selling on Ashford.com for $717.00. This was the lowest I was able to find the watch for, and I had heard good things about Ashford.com. I did look at some company reviews online of ashford.com and there seemed to be lots of info that made me lean towards making my purchase with them, primarily their low prices and wide selection.
After looking at my Movado watch on their site for 2 days, I finally decided to call their customer service just to ask a few questions. I spoke to a “Sam,” who was very polite and helpful in answering my questions which were primarily about shipping and returning/warranty. I was pleased that shipping would be free and that there was a generous return period in case I was not satisfied with the watch. But the thing that was most important to me was that Ashford offered a 2-year warranty on the watch. That, and having the lowest price got me back on my computer later that night and I placed my order.
My Movado watch arrived in 2 days, and I’ve had no issues with my new watch or with Ashford.com. When I receive the expected compliments from my friends on the watch, I remember to mention how good my experience was with ashford. One of my friends mentioned that the website has been online for over 10 years, and judging by this experience I can see why they have lasted! They were very helpful over the phone, the site was easy to use, and they had the BEST PRICE ONLINE! Tough to beat all that, and now ashford.com has a new loyal customer. I’m hoping to get a discount on my next watch purchase next year, and would recommend this site.
