BUYERS BEWARE... DISHONEST COMPANY!!!
BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE when trying to purchase from Ambience Linens. They are extremely dishonest & lack the organization and professionalism that is necessary in today's online buying world.
I purchased an oversized duvet cover for my comforter, along with a few other merchanise. Their shipping department had shipped my products somewhere and their customer service rep can only advise me "please wait & do not worry."
After multiple emails back and forth and ONE MONTH LATER, I finally told them that I was extremely disappointed that they couldnt give me any sort of shipment update. Then they replied to me that they will give me the products free of charge when they finally rcvd the products back from who knows where, especially if I was still interested.
Long story short, one morning, Christina, who's 5th language is English, called me and said that they meant, they will not charge me extra shipping charges because "their company make the mistake." Furthermore, they said that since they refunded my money, they can only give me no extra shipping charges. Seriously, why should I pay extra shipping charges when it was at the fault of their own company? Also, I still have the email that CLEAR AS DAY saids that they will give me the products free of charge because of all the hassle. Well, I am not a confrontational customer, if I am unhappy, I typically turn the other cheek & never do business with the retailer again. However, I was so furious that I felt the need to search down anything that is related to this company & warn potential customers of how dishonest this company really is.
1. They respond to your queries a few days late.
2. They respond to your queries with a "dont worry" but they dont really answer your questions.
3. They make promises and then they will not follow through.
4. They try to imply that you are getting a deal with no extra shipping charges, when in fact, you are already paying for shipping and what not.
Major waste of time and effort... Please look elsewhere when needing to buy bedding. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB, as well as, other channels.
