I had the worst experience with a seller on Amazon (abe-123) this Guy sent me a bogus product and promised a refund but never gave me back my money even though I sent the product back.I had called Amazon as soon as I received the product to let them know what happened and tell them I didn't trust this shady seller but they told me to send it back and allow 2 wks for refund long story short after numerous calls to Amazon they finally refunded my money will never do business with Amazon this isn't the way customers should be treated!!!they totally dropped the ball.I have no idea how this person is still doing business through Amazon's site. It should be noted Ive been a loyal Amazon customer for more then 10 years and made purchases from different.sellers and directly from Amazon but not anymore.it took me 3months of non-stop calling to resolve this mess.They made me jump through hoops even though I was their customer and was telling the truth. Everything was documented. I'm just happy I paid a little extra for the delivery confirmation. I just had a bad feeling about this Guy.He claimed I hadn't sent the item back.I guess the old saying "where there's smoke, there's fire " is true. In this day and age with all the options out there on who can receive your business and hard earned cash you'd think people would want to keep their customers happy.buy from Amazon sellers at your own risk!!!!
