Amazon Marketplace merchant Stacks and Stacks mispresents in-stock and delivery information;
Some Amazon merchants DO NOT fulfill orders and have terrible business practices; I placed an Amazon order on 12/5 that was with the merchant "STACKS AND STACKS"; the product was listed as IN STOCK and shipping 12/19-12/24; then, on 12/20 I got an email from the merchant with the verbiage "we regret to inform you that your order cannot be filled" (and the email actually listed this TEN TIMES)......clearly they do not have their technology working correctly. So, after the order was open for a full TWO WEEKDS only then did they contact me, and as a result, I did not have the item for my kids for Christmas; It was too late to order with another merchant to get this for my kids Christmas; I called Amazon for help with this order and dealing with merchant, they basically couldn't (or wouldn't) do anything about it. They even told me they couldn't 'cancel' the order, which is illogical if the merchant contacted me saying they couldn't fulfill the order. When Amazon fulfills orders directly they do a really good job; but beware the third party merchants selling through Amazon – , because the information can be totally incorrect and Amazon will not help you with merchant problems.
