I always make Amazon my first choice for online shopping. The site is very user friendly and makes it very easy to find exactly what your looking for. Not only is the site divided by departments but your given the option to sort the products by bestselling (the majority of sites just sort by price). Its convieniant for me because it already saves my billing and shipping information after my first purchase, and recommends me products based off of my history. This also leads me to my favorite feature which is the product association suggestions. At the bottom of each product page theres a box with different products informing you that people who buy a certian item also buy the following (with a list of product images and info). I have never had any major delivery situations where I thought my order would'nt arrive on time. I normally make sure that my seller has at least a 90% positive rating. Your able to track your order and are given an estimated delivery time. Which reminds me, another amazing thing about this site is that it allows you to see how sellers rank among the buyers based off a 5 star system rating. I have had one incident where I ordered an incorrect item but was easily able to contact the seller and get my money refunded (very quick response).Overall, this site is more than satisfactory and probabaly has the best customer service of any other online store.
