The shopping experience at Allheart is usally satisfactory. This time however was NOT- your website kicked me out 3 times upon trying to order. Also orders were not saved into our system or account for us to be able to return later to finish the order. After we placed the order, ALL the items were on backorder days after order placement. Upon contacting customer service department they basically said Allheart had already shipped- after checking the status of the order when I recieved that email it actually had not shipped. I followed it back with another email and to this day 3/16/12 I still have not recieved an anwser to my response. Also because our order exceeded $269 we were given a coupon code for $40 off- the code was 90310 I entered that code and it didn't take but a $10 off coupon was taken off our order, upon inquiring about that she said she could not help me and I entreted the code for $10 not $40, I even asked if I could attached the code and email it to you guys so you would see but she said the $10 was already applied and she could not help any further. We were very dissapointed as Allheart is usually very accommodating.

My order seems to be "stuck" at a local postal facility, where it arrived six days ago. It has not yet been delivered to me.

delivery was a little slow

I placed an order over a week ago. Just received a notice that some of my item were shipped and I will only be charged for those now. I spent the 129$ so I could get free shipping and now I'm going to end up paying more than my original total of $149.54 to around 165ish. I think this is wrong. I only agreed to pay the original amount. Will never do business here again!!!

I was pleased with AllHeart this time. Years ago, they did not say if all items were in stock and when you buy uniform sets, that is important. However, this time it stated if the item was instock or not. Thanks!

Shoes fit. I have never had any problems when ordering from AllHeart.

Go to another place for your order. This place needs to be shut-down. You are taking a chance with this site, sometime it pay-off, and good luck on other times.

I won't be back!!! NO custumer service...excuses, excuses, excuses. Product misrepresented (read all reviews, they are more likely than not true).

Poor description of product. Order confirmation stated order was in stock and would be shipped. One pin received, then told other pin is on back order. Still have not received it. Won't reorder from this company!
