Don't promise shipping outside of the US if you cannot provide it, and respond to the person when they try to give you an alternate address to ship to.

I was looking for aluminum scoops (a 5 oz and a 12 oz). Ace mart Restaurant Supply had several to choose from. The descriptions were clear and listed the size (one other merchant I visited did not list the sizes of the scoops). The picture was clear. I was informed when the order was shipped and was given the tracking number, so I could check with UPS on the shipping progress. I am most pleased with my purchase and will definitely shop at Ace Mart Restaurant Supply again.

The order form needs a place to specify if the billing and shipping addresses are the same - mine are not the same, and I had to place a call to customer service to correct the problem. Other than that, it was a wonderful shopping experience! Easy, fast, convenient.

Good product selection. Needs more info for description of some products. They made an error in calculating shipping and to correct it they offered to ship for free. In my book, that was the best customer service available. Great online experience.

Although I did not get a tracking #, I got my package in about 2 weeks. I feel the shipping charges are too much. You charge shipping by the weight of each item, rather than the whole shipment. That means you make money on my shipping charges. I would have purchased more items, but the shipping would be too much, making the product too expensive.
