Aabree told me the first credit card I gave them was not authorized. They asked for second credit card to pay. BOTH credit cards had been charged. I called them back in hopes of resolution- they were very non-chalant about tying up my credit .
I used to work for a credit card issuer. All they had to do was call one of the credit cards & "release the authorization" so my available credit would not be tied up for 5 days. I actually had to explain to them how this is done. They treated me as an inconvenience .
Aabree seems to feel once they have your credit card info they can do whatever they want. They promised to "release the authorization" - they didn't. They promised to call me back - they didn't. I told them to cancel my order- they didn't . They just sent me my tracking number a day later.
Today I have fraudulent charges on my credit card . Interesting coincidence. I'm refusing their unauthorized shipment & it will be sent back at their expense. I"m also disputing the charges with BOTH credit card providers. Would never recommend Aabree to anyone after this !!!

These guys are shockers. Sent back my machine for regular service which Aabree recommends. After about 30 days, called to ask status. Went straight to voicemail after long interactive routing. No response. Called again. Same deal. No response. Emailed referring to unreturned voicemails. No response. Finally got a pro forma email stating machine was being repaired, and would be advised in 72 hours regarding return shipping. No reference to previous communications. Waited 72 hours, and, yes, you guessed it, nothing. Now sent further email. So far no response. When you pay over a grand for a coffee machine, you expect supplier to back up its marketing promise of great after sales service for your investment. It's essential for coffee machines. At this joist, it is execrable, so don't buy your machine here.

Aabree is the worst company I have ever bought a product from. Customer service is the worst. Their customer service reps. don't know the company policies and the manager is incompetent and won't deal with customers. Don't buy any product from this store. Believe me, save yourself the aggrevation. I bought an expresso machine in January 2010 and after 3 months the thing stopped working and I called them to have it fixed and they gave me the run around for four days before they authorized the return for repair. I had to pay both ways shipping to send the machine to Aabree for repair eventhough it is still under warranty. I had to push them every day to get an answer, I just kept calling. It is time consuming and frustrating dealing with these incompetent people. I have nothing positive to say about this company.

I placed an order on Sunday, got it on Wednesday (free delivery via UPS ground). It was well packaged with some free Illy coffee thrown into the deal.

On 12/6/07, we ordered a coffee machines and other stuff. The coffee machines never arrived. UPS showed delivered and put in the gate.Our house does not have a gate. For anyone with a little common sense, a signature upon receipt is a must for an item of $1,000 value.
They refused to send us another one befoe they hear from UPS. We went ahead and order another one. As of today, we have not received the refund for the first machine they/ UPS lost. We called up several time but this issue remains unresolved.
I called the customer service and was transferred to a voicemail. I sent two emails to sales@aabreecoffee.com but both bounced back!

No other site beats Aabree's prices or amazing customer service. Their team knows everything their is to know about these machines. I called in a couple of times initially not knowing a thing about espresso machines, but wanted to get one for my husband for his birthday, and they set me up with my husbands new baby, The Gaggia Titanium. He loves that thing, I think he'd cry if I took it away! Thank you Aabree, you really saved me here!

Best e-shopping experience that I've had in a long time. Couldn't have asked for better support, especially for a novice like me. Was very impressed by the knowledge the staff had about all the machines offered on their web site. In the end I opted for a Gaggia machine as they seem like an all around very solid performing machine. Appreciate the courtesy and understanding to some of my usage questions after I received my machine. I know where I'll be doing my Christmas shopping for all my caffeine enthusiast friends. Terrible. I ordered an automatic, it arrived DOA. Talked to the customer service rep and they were more interested in what kind of beans I was using even though the problem occurred with whole beans and the bypass doser.
They issues an RMA+Fedex certificate. They mentioned this was a "HOTLIST DOA" and would be turned around within 3 days of arrival. Tracking indicated the machine arrived 6/27. 7/12 I called back wanting to know when I was getting my machine back and after 10 minutes on hold, they told me my file indicated I wanted a credit -- even though the customer service rep and I had discussed the return timeframe and the possibility that I chip in extra money to get 3 day shipping. Ordered the machine 6/5, 7/12 I still don't have a machine.
Bottom line: these people really don't want your business. They should just take down their website.

My espresso machine arrived promptly [without promised free case of pods] but was defective. After numerous e-mails and phone calls to them I was finally allowed to speak to tech support [four days after I first contacted them]. I was told how to take the machine apart so that maybe I could see whats wrong and fix it myself by tightening some screws or see if a part was broken. This is the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I was finally told I'd receive a shipping label within 24 hours but it has now been three days and I am still waiting. I'm waiting for the next shoe to drop as there RETURN POLICY E-MAIL states that if THEY deem that there is nothing wrong with machine or if I caused this to happen I'll be charged another 30%.

The Gaggia was damaged in shipment. I called Aabree to return it and the customer service person said I could buy another super automatic or get a refund. After receiving it, Aabree refused to credit my account. After many attempts to resolve, I wrote to the owner (whose name is not listed anywhere on their web site) explaining my problem. Aabree finally issued credit. This whole process was unnecessary and took over three months. Seems the upper management is honest, but it does not translate to the workers. Watch these people - or better yet, don't buy from them.

I spent weeks reading reviews and comparing features on different brands and models of super automatic espresso machines. I finally called Aabree. They took the time to point out things that I either did not know or had not thought of. With their help I was able to make my decision to buy the Saeco Royal Exclusive. It was much easier to program and use than what I thought it would be. And the coffee, espresso, and cappuccino are great! Thanks Aabree.
However, it took 14 days to get it. The reasons were: Fedex did not pick it up for 5 days, there was a 3 day holiday plus a weekend, and bad weather. None of which was the fault of Aabree.

Outstanding company. I purchased a Saeco Royal as a Christmas gift and (not being a coffee/espresso/latte drinker) all my questions were answered allowing me to make an informed choice WITHOUT sales pressure or undue influence.
