Once they've got your money - terrible customer service. Ordered a Pasquini T2 - it never steamed. After calling them - having spoken to Pasquini already - they put me through the same rigmarole; YES I've removed the casing and hit the reset button - they made me speak to a tech - so finally I called back, got a supervisor and got a new machine sent.
After 4 weeks, guess what? NEW machine won't steam. I'm fedup, want money back. Oh - no we can't do that, outside 'Buyer's Remorse' period. Can I speak to a supervisor? She's out of the office but will call back if you leave voicemail. No she won't! Call again, get put through to Tech Support - "you let the boiler run dry, should do reset". No we didn't, there isn't a boiler, just 2 heaters, 1 for coffee, 1 for steam - and no I can't remove the case, the hex nuts won't turn - locked solid. No I won't go out and BUY new tools to do something you ought to do. Why is the reset button internal? What if you are disabled / elderly?
Rang 3 times today - finally got promise of refund less shipping. Will never deal with them again. Reported them to Better Business Bureau and Oregon Consumer Affairs.
