The order was placed for overnight shipment, but we discovered that the items were not necessary for our new servers. The day they arrived I contacted the company about returning them and received a reply the next day that they were "a special order" and non-refundable. I notified them that they were not a special order and that they had just been ordered the day before straight off of their website. I was cordial about it for 3 unanswered phone calls and 3 emails. No one ever called me back or replied via email. I even sent a fourth email later for a correct invoice b/c the one I had received had a different amount than what was charged to my corporate credit card....no reply. I had also requested that the tax charge be taken off because we're a DoD research facility and tax-exempt...no reply. I hope they enjoyed the $1,692.59 they received off of this purchase because we will never deal with ANTOnline again. BTW: We spend nearly 2 million dollars on IT equipment for this program alone and we eill NOT spend any of this program's money or any of our other program's money on this company!! Thank you.

KeyBoard and Mouse defective and overheats, Logitech told me to send it back to where I purchased it, but they will not take it back!

Worst Customer service EVER! Although my order was shipped effectively, the wrong item was delivered. This was discovered as I opened the outer packaging. Inner package was not disturbed. Antonline refused to make an exchange or to refund my purchase. They refered to their "buyer's remorse" clause in their only email to me regarding this issue. They finally relented and issues an RMA; however, they stated that if they chose not to accept they would not return or refund the item. I ordered the correct item directly from factory at a better discount. In my research Antonline is know for its terrible customer service and no ability to actually talk to person about any problems. I will never use Antonline for any business transactions.

ANTOnline sold me a used/returned GDB 50 MSN Direct Receiver. Received item on 1/7/09 and contacted MSN Direct to activate the subscription only to learn it had already been activated by someone else on 10/28/08. ANTOnline refuses to allow me to return!

The good reviews and the great prices all seemed promising until I had a service problem.    I received two boxes of expensive HP photo paper both of which had been damaged probably at the factory as the shipping looked fine.   Usually one gets a free ride back to the store that delivered the damaged goods via a pre-paid UPS label.   Not so at AntOnline.   Had to pay it myself.   And I requested a product replacement rather than a refund and got no response at all.    I called support and "Zak" told me that I could have exercised the product warranty by contacting HP and letting them sort it out.   He also couldn't tell me if the product had been successfully returned as their system in support didn't have that info!  It's been 21 days since I returned the product with no confimation of receipt by Antonline and very little help in the resolution process.   It's too bad, too.   The prices were some of the best... 
You can always tell when a company is dragging it's feet in good customer service...and that would be AntOnline.

The product I ordered was defective out of the box.
when notified Antonline said to return and I had to pay shipping to return.
They refunded  purchase price only, did not offer to replace product so I am out $9.42 shipping and have nothing to show for it. 
I will not do business with them and suggest you do not either.

Amazon stuck me with these bozos because they had the lowest price. They used an insane shipping method that resulted in a lost package and refused to do anything until 3 weeks had passed. Their automated responses to customer service requests were infuriating. I canceled my order. The topper was that they post automated responses to all negative customer feedback on Amazon, calling their customers liars and nitwits. BTW, they lie about their customer satisfaction: when they defame their unhappy customers, they claim a 99% satisfaction rate, but Amazon has them at 94%. Somebody there needs to get fired.

Ordered from ANTOnline via Amazon. $900 printer. Was supposed to ship within 48 hours. A week later it still hadn't shipped. We had to call. the "shipped" it the next day and we received notification and a tracking number from Amazon. A week later we still didn't have it. They sent som BS saying it was damaged in transit AFTER we contacted them to find out where it was. Asking us if we still wanted it or should they refund. We called to get them to do the right thing and two day it. They wouldn't. Because we only paid for ground. As soon as we got off the phone they sent us an email saying that Amazon was cancelling the order. We called Amazon and they not only didn't cancel it, they would never do that. The tracking number they had given us (originally provided by ANTOnline) was bogus. Never entered the shippers system.

ANTOnline is a scam, their customer service is more of a disservice.

Do not do business with this company. If ANTOnline sends you the wrong item or if you are not satisfied with your order, they will make it very difficult to return. If you open the item or remove it from its packaging, they will refuse any returns or refunds. And even if you succeed in getting them to issue a return authorization, you have to pay a 15 percent restocking fee. On an expensive item, say a $2000 laptop or plasma TV, that would be $300.00 just to return a defective item that was ANTOnline's fault in the first place!

Beware of this company if you have an issue with a defective item. When I received my order from them for an Audiovox CD player which was defective. I wrote and said that I had to buy a new one immediately because it was a birthday gift and I requested a refund for the defective unit I no longer needed. They replied with automated emails that did not answer my request and said only to contact Audiovox for repair. Their customer service telephone number does not give access to a live rep and refers you back to email customer service. You will be caught in a no customer service loop with ANTonline. I will not buy from them again even though I found them by a link to Amazon. I suggest they be avoided since after they make the sale they will not help you.

I will not return to this site. A product was ordered and within hours I called to cancel. I was told that the article had not been shipped but, and was told that they could not cancel the order. I would have to receive the item and then pay for shipping back to them. I called a little bit later and then spoke to sales. He told me that he would see what he could do because the order was not shipped. Never heard from them again. I did receive the item and it is still sitting in the original box unopened. I have contacted my credit card company and have placed the amount charged in conflict.

Bought through Amazon Marketplace.

UPS tracking said they failed to put the street address on the package (address which I know is correct as it has been used for a dozen Amazon orders). UPS tracking clearly indicates product is on its way back to ANTOnline.

ANTOnline refused to ship a replacement order to the correct address or to refund my payment, even though they could see the tracking back to them and that it was their fault.

Email responses were delayed and curt. A phone call to a person who claimed to be the "Customer Service" (what a joke) manager and to report to the CEO produced no results.

Amazon reversed the charges.

ANTonline is horrible. They refuse to accept returns without their valid RMA # and they refuse to give you an RMA # if you are honest on the questionaire about opening the user's manual. Apparently opening the little plastic baggie that holds the manual is a crime punishable by refusing to allow a customer to return a probuct you don't like. I have never ever dealt with such a ridiculouis company with horrible customer service practices like this. I will never, never do business with them again and I will be submitting a complaint with the bbb.com.

Terrible, Bad Bad Bad, I received half of my order, when I tried to check the status on the rest of it, they kept giving me the run around, I called for 3 days with no success, I was put on hold for 20 minutes and then someone came to the line and said I have to hold more and when someone is available they come back to me, 20 more minutes someone picked up and hang-up.
I still don't have my order

Item was damaged and they wanted me to ship the item back to them within 10 days and pay for it.  I can understand if I ordered wrong item or changed my mind but it is ridiculous to have to pay for shipping (twice) on an item that was broken.  Also I have never heard of a 10 day return policy.  Obviously this is set up that way because they ship a lot of damaged items and do not want them back.  I would suggest not buying anything from this company.

I ordered 8 GB memory module, ANTOnline sent me 4 GB memory module. I contacted ANTOnline customer service, they said nothing they can do. "Don't order this from us again, something is wrong with out computer system, you will just get the wrong part."

Horrible experience. They sent me the wrong monitors and then made me pay all return shipping charges (about $30) before I could get a refund. Customer service was horrible with minimal contact and confusing interaction. REFUND TOOK 70 DAYS. Pitiful experience from a pitiful company. Overall rating: F-

I will never buy from ANTOnline again! Delivery was slow, and emails were answered even slower and customer service was unbelievably unhelpful and rude. Even after asking for a supervisor I got nowhere in the return process. I was given a defective product and they refused to take it back because I had opened the package. (how else would I have known it was defective???) I work from home in a virtual call center and depend on my equipment to work. That's how I make my living. If my equipment doesn't work properly I lose hours and productivity. That's why I was stunned when they actually told me to wait 15 days for the warranty to run out and contact the manufacturer. Was I supposed to just not WORK for 15 days or what?
That "great" deal cost me a fortune in lost hours and productivity. Not to mention lost moments of my life for the aggravation of dealing with unreasonable customer service people. NEVER again will I mistake a "great deal" for what it really is, a fly by night company trying to pawn off junk to unsuspecting customers.

Worst Company I have ever dealt with. Shipped to the wrong address and after over several weeks the credit to my credit card still has not been issued. Customer service is non-existent. Wlold never but from them again.

BUYER BEWARE. I purchased 2 bluetooth mice from them 3 weeks ago. Only one arrived and without a packing slip/receipt. Four emails and 2 phone calls later, I was told that "it shows your shipment went out without any problems" aka "You are a liar." I finally got a customer service manager to handle my problem only to be told that they will be conducting a warehouse audit over the next 5-7 days to figure out the shipping irregularity and I'll be notified of the results. This still does not mean that I will receive the mouse that I purchased (by then) a month ago! BUYER BEWARE. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in the hopes of speeding up this mess. There were 65 other complaints filed in the past 3 years. So go ahead and take your chances.

Purchased projector lamp from Antonline.com. The lamp was cracked when case was opened. Antonline.com refuses to exchange product. Will never do business with this company again.

ANTonline essentially provides zero problem resolution to dissatisfied customers. I received a defective product, they received my money, and that is how it will stand. They are totally unresponsive. There is no live customer support, only automated email. After the first response, there are no more. Buyer is forced to seek satisfaction from the manufacturer (repair/replacement only) not a full refund as you would expect from a reputable vendor. I have purchased many items from Amazon affiliates, but this experience is the only bad one, and it was awful. I would strongly recommend against doing business with them.

Great prices and selection, but their post-sale customer service stinks. They screwed up the shipment and were idiots in responding to e-mail queries. (there is no way to contact customer service by phone). It was only until a willing (and unpaid) telesales rep researched my order and cut through the crap to get it solved. Also, Amazon backed up their S&H policy with a refund since ANTOnline overcharged me for S&H because the shipping weights in their database were dramatically incorrect.

Stay away from ANT online.
I purchased a product on BestBuy Online, a CNET router.
I though I was purchasing from BestBuy, but it is actually sold and shipped by ANT Online.

ANT Online shipped the wrong product and refuse to pay for postage to return it.

Their customer service is this same poor girl that is only authorized to open tickets that dead end in no resolution.

Stay away from ANT online!!!

There was advertised on their website a 20-pack set of 40GB WD drives for SATA-1. The price was low, so I was thinking it wasn't right. But then the shipping charge was $28+ and a normal drive ships for $8. The other thing I noticed is that they had another link for just single drives of the same type. So, given the item said "pack of 20" and the shipping was high, I ordered.

Guess what - 1 drive showed up. I tried to get in touch with them (next to impossible) and the only response I get is that I can ship the drive back to them.

How about realizing that the ad is wrong, and either shipping the other 19 drives or at least paying me back for the shipping and changing my order to a single drive??

Last time I will buy from ANT Online.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE LYING THIEVES! They sent me TWO of one color of laser toner totally useless and very expensive. I tried to RMA the extra one and they refused to let me return it. Amazon's system makes a mistake and they use it to make extra money off of you. Don't get stuck like I did.

Their customer service is very deceitful and they do every thing through email - you can't call and get help.  I thought Amazon was better than this to allow a company that has SO MANY complaints in its network.

I bought a wired landline phone from Antonline. It did not work - the microphone in the handset was dead, the caller ID did not work, and the speakerphone function did not work. The phone was useless.
Antonline directed me to their returns page. Completing the forms on the returns page would have required that I agree to a restocking charge if I'd gone that route. I refused to agree to paying a restocking fee for a defective product. They said they'd refund without a restocking charge if I returned the junk phone. I paid the return postage and sent the phone back, and they refunded the purchase price, but not shipping and handling, which was half of the purchase price.
So they made a profit on the shipping, and now they get to ship the useless phone to someone else and rip them off.

Ordered a simple Caller ID which came very quickly. Suprised to find myself in Amazon when I hit Purchase. 
Well, the thing is not working properly. There are 3 vertical lines on the ID that do not display, making it impossible to read phone numbers. Filed complaint 3 times with Antonline and no response. Amazon asked me if I had any problems with the item or Antonline. I explained my problem: item is not working properly, no response from Antonline. Now no response from Amazon. What is going on. Oh, the items only cost $16.00 shipping included. could that be the problem???

I tried to buy two different calculators (one each), both with quiz functions from Amazon. I ended up with two orders, one with Amazon and one with ANTOnline, both wrong. I managed to cancel the order with Amazon, but for some reason the order with ANTOnline could not be cancelled no matter what I did. I decided to say the heck with it and keep the two identical calculators for my kids to use. This is the only time I've had any trouble ordering from Amazon's web site, and I blame them first for the screw up, but ANTOnline was less than responsive to calls and emails. When you buy from Amazon, be sure you know where the stuff is coming from, and try to stick with outfits you have used before.

I had an extremely poor experience with AntOnline. Before making an order, I discussed the return policy with a customer service representative to make sure I could return the item if not happy. After the order was received, I requested to return it and was subsequently denied. Customer Service was very rude, did not follow up on my appeal and basically told me tough luck. I will never order from ANTOnline again. Their return policy/process is deceptive and dishonest.  Only buy any item from them if you are 100% sure it will arrive undamaged and you will be completely satisfied with it.  Otherwise, be aware that you likely not have any luck returning any item (damaged or not).
