no respect for the customer
I ordered 2 radios 1-handheld VHF and 1 fixed mount. I was a little concerned about dealing with a company that has that many disclaimers and legal notices on their order form.
They charged my credit card and sent a shipment notification. I received the handheld in a little over a week - not bad. During that week, the ANTOnline price for the fixed mount radio increased 69%. I was becoming concerned. I waited for another week for it to arrive. Still no word from them and no delivery. I called. They said they would investigate and get back to me within 24-48 hours. After 48 they sent me an email and said they would be refunding my money - basically, the radio was no longer available for $57. I told them this was unacceptable - they said they would see what they could do and email me within 24 - 48 hours. 48 hours later I get a refund notice from PayPal (not ANTOnline). Sent ANTOnline an email and called them saying this was unacceptable - we had an agreement. They said they needed to investigate would email me within 48 hours - it has been 11 days and nothing.
WARNING - These people care nothing about the customer or honoring their commitments.
As I see it, when I order something and provide my charge card information and they in return accept the order and take my money, we have entered into an agreement - they are to deliver a product or service at an agreed to price and I am obliged to pay the agrteed to price for the service or product.
I lived up to my part of that agreement - sadly they decided to not live up to theirs.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED - deal with these people at your own risk.
