I have a bad experience with allhdd before. Moreover, I again tried to shop there. Because, I need a Western Digital  HDD, which cost is so high in the market. Only they are giving the cost which I can reach. I called them to ensure about their stock before placing the order. They replied, they have it, and order it. 17 days over, their product didn’t reach me yet. In the meantime, I called them, they replied, it will take 5 working days. But, still they couldn’t have gotten 5 working days within 17 days. They have taken my money, and they are using my money somewhere else.

It is my second time I've ordered from you guys because shipping is so fast and reliable. This was a very pleasant shopping experience. i ordered again in this website.

I was needed a 500GB Western Digital HDD. I chose WD5000AAKX to buy. I found Allhdd is giving it $93. They advertisement was, "call us to get discount" (in streetprices.com). I called them for discount. They said no discount & the HDD is not their stock. Please don't believe their advertisements. They are liar. They also give wrong product description. WD5000AAKX this hdd buffer is 16mb, but they said 32mb. What type of business they are doing with us? If I need any computer parts, I would never put my eyes to their ads anywhere.

I bought a SCSI HDD from AllHDD. Their price was good. But the HDD isn't working. My system can't recognize that HDD. I found that, the HDD was used. I guess, someone threw away that drive from his server, and allhdd grab it to sell. The lowest price isn't always the best deal. Seems to me all the 5 stars reviews were written by allhdd. How terrible their service is can be found in resellerratings.com, visit it prior placing any orders with this company. Otherwise, regret it like I did. Avoid.

Their price changes frequently. They advertise low price in all the advertising sites but when i go to their website prices are different. I called them but they said they are out of stock. They didn’t give proper  explanation too. They hang up the phone on me. I researched on them and found they give two or more ads in shopping.com for the same part.  I ordered   HP part : 375861-B21 (lower cost one) . After one day they  emailed that they  were  out of stock and offer same part with higher cost on it !!!

 This company is not professional. They are in the market for gaming or joking. I never got any product from them.

Two times I ordered hard drives from ALLHDD. Both times, both products were clearly available for shipping on their website. Both times I got immediate confirmation. Both times the orders were canceled. They simply do not have products, just listings on their website. Nobody ever answers the phone and nobody ever returns emails. If you value your time at $1/hour or less, I suppose go ahead and waste your time with them. I have been in business many years and I know these 'companies'. They have NOTHING in stock. Their method is to get your money first, then in the next 24 hours they see if they can find the product for less from someone else. This would be all fine with me, provided they have resourcefull and knowledgable people who can find products. But apparently the company is run by, and employs imbecilis. Their combined IQ must be lower than the one of a gnat. So the logical conclusion is that if by any chance they do deliver the product, it will NEVER be the lowest price one can find on the internet. So why even bother with them?

Outstanding service.I am very pleased with the product line and service offered from this company. After searching around, I found they had the best price around.
