False advertizement and poor customer service.....

I ordered an IBM processor to Allhdd. In their description, the processor was "New Retail Factory Sealed with Full Manufacturer Warranty". I need the processor very urgent. After 2 weeks, I got the product. But, I was very upset. It was not new, it was used. It came with a brown box. The box seems that, it was opened and closed so many times (used box). The processor was pulled from a system; heatsink was bent, so many dust on fan. This is what allhdd's "New Retail Factory Sealed with Full Manufacturer Warranty”. I paid them double price then a refurbished processor. I called them, and ask them, why they did this. They just said, sorry. I told them that, I want my money back. They said, there would be 30% restocking fee. I don’t understand, it was their fault, then why I have to pay 30% charge? Anyway, I send the product back, another 15 days gone, but still I didn’t get my money back. It’s really horrible. Some people, who have similar experiences from them, have given so many negative reviews there. It was my mistake,  I did not pay attention to those negative reviews. Now I know I am damn sure all the positive reviews were written by all hdd folks. I would never buy from allhdd again.
