Very bad. I have cell phone with 1 year contract. There was cash back offer. Once I pay my third month bill I get $75.00 and after 4th month bill I get $50.00. Reason they want it is to make sure you remain with A1 wireless and don't discontinue service after you get your equipment free. Hear is the catch. You have provide all the proof of purchase and UPC and completed form and third and or forth month bill within 30 days of that perticular month. I did provide all the document by mail. After not receiving my refund I called the co. I was told that my documents arrived week late from the due date. Whole Idea suppose to make sure you are still with A1 wireless in order to qualify for the refund.
I am now waiting for my contract to be over and good buy to A1 wireless.

The Good:
-I ordered the RAZR for Cingular.
-Easy website.
-Competitive prices.
-Huge rebate making the phone almost free minus.
-Quick shipping.
-Brand new product

The Bad:
-Come-to-find-out the rebates (2) could only be submitted between 150 and 210 days after activation.
-I requested a (206) area code and got a (509) area code.

The Ugly:
-I submitted the rebates with about one month left until the 210 days passed. But it took about a month for them to process the rebate. So now I don't get the rebates because I was "late". That's total BS! I can't say that I'm really suprised though. The deal seemed to good to be true. It was.

Conclusion:
Take your business elsewhere.

Good Web site. Prompt delivery. Everything after that has problems!

I bought a T-Mobile service plan from A1 Wireless in June 2005. The number they assigned the phone was not a local number. Anyone calling from a landline phone was charged long distance to dial my cell phone. I had a new number reassigned from T-Mobile.

Additionally, the phone was advertised as having two, $50 rebates with purchase. Upon receipt, the fine print said you must wait 180 days before sending in for the rebates. Then it says if your number has changed for any reason, the rebates are null and void.

What a scam. I will never buy from them again.

This company is a scam . Once you ll buy a product from them they will not issue you any rebate that was promised .
Their customer service is rude and unprofessional check the reviews at resellerratings.com . Check their credibility at better business bureau of new yorks web site before doing business with them .

It was a complete scam I wish I would have listened to most of the reviews on here and stayed away from these people. You will never see those rebates!!! Its a shame that companies can get away with stuff like this. Do everyone a favor and dont support this company. Learn from our mistakes! If it sounds to good to be true, it is!!

Extremely Horrible. A1 Fraud should be the name of this company.

I ordered a phone through them. They kept canceling my order without giving a reason. After taking up the matter with T-Mobile they finally shipped the order but guess what! NO REBATE FORMS were sent. You cannot reach anybody in customer service. I am disputing the charge through my credit card company.

Stay away from them if you can.

Last year I had purchased T-mobile phone from this company. I ordered individual plan and they put me on family plan, due to this i had so many problems about rebate, billing etc. Finally I had to file a complaint at BBB and they resolved all issues, it took me months to clear all issues.

Never ever buy a cell phone from these guys.

I should have read these reviews first. This company is just a scam. Makes me wonder where my personal info is traveling to. One excuse after another. If they don't like what you have to say, they just hang up and apologize later.

I tell everyone I know where NOT to purchase a cell phone!

These guys delivered the phone on time and even included free accessories which I did not expect. The phone was programmed and ready to go when I got it. All things considered it was very convienent.

Terrible company. Read the other (bad) reviews here to get the general idea.

My question to anyone considering buying from A1 Wireless is this: Why in the world would you ever give your credit card #, address, email address, LET ALONE your Social Security # to these people??

I don't even like giving out my SSN to companies with brick and mortar stores, let alone these creeps.

Bite the bullet, spend the extra money, and buy direct from T-Mobile (or whomever). It's worth the extra money for the lack of aggravation.

RIP OFF ON REBATES. 6 DIFFERENT FORMS FOR REBATES EVEN WHEN YOU FOLLOW THE FORMS RECEIVED 1 OF 6. TOLD DIFFERENT THINGS JUST TO NOT SEND REBATE OUT. WOULD NOT BUY FROM AGAIN. Beware of their rebate scheme. I had purchased the phones 6 months back and did not get any rebates. When I called they had all sorts of excuses - like the bar-code copy was missing, or the mail did not reach on time. I figured out that the whole rebate thing is a scam!! I would like to know if anyone ever got the full rebates from them. It was big mistake to get lured into their lies and false promises!!

Really bad customer services and unreliable service. After I made my order, I have never heard from them again. A week gone by and I still did not know what's the status of my order, so I tried to contact them via email. However, their "contact us" system failed and their postmaster replied with fail email delivery message. And then, I was failed to contact them via Yahoo mail again and it seems that they won't let you contact them at all. Finally, the 8th day after I placed my order, I finally found out the status of my order - it is uncomplete.

Really "Bad Customer Services" and "Bad Communication" !!!

BIG SCAM ! The A-1 Wireless offer was for a $75 rebate times two which equaled $150 on purchase two cell phones with a year's service contract. I was sent a rebate form along with a list of instructions: a long list of 13 items! I thought I had followed all instructions (form sent in 8/2/04) only to find out from them that I supposedly sent a copy of the wrong month's bill (2nd instead of 3rd). The bill was supposed to be proof that you are still current on your year's contract. I followed up by sending copies of the required bill (which they asked me to fax to them) and a statement showing all payments posted for the last seven months only to find out today that they will NOT send me my rebate. I consider this a SCAM. I have sent complaints to BBB, Attorney General's Office, Consumer Protection Board, & Dept. of Agriculture & Consumer Affairs. They need to be STOPPED !!!!!!!!!!!

i ordered two phones and i indeed got them (but without the promised cell phone chargers. They said i would make $300 in rebates... WRONGG... they use tactics like "we never got the bill".. or "we got the wrong months bill" They try hard to not give u the rebate. The owner, Gary Golpani.. and indian guy(i did research).. is no doubt running a scam... you can email him at gary@a1wireless.com at tell him what you think.. i kno i did =)

Be very careful about the "great" opinions u read in here... many or all of them are from people from inside their company.

a cell phone is a big decision.. don't get ripped off.

i will no doubt ask my local news station to look up on this scam. =) im not worried!

Like everyone else, I was ripped off by these crooks on my rebates. I listened to their lies that I had not followed their requirements. I made copies of my submission (complete) and they refused to discuss this.

To all others that have been ripped off by these crooks, file your complaint with T Mobile, The Better Business Bureau, and without question your State Attorney Generals Office.

Also, file a civil lawsuit in small claims court. Consumers should not be robbed, and A1 wireless will not rob me.

I will report on the litigation in a follow-up.

I hope at least I save someone some money by warning you of this.

I ordered phones with them because of the rebates. Their rebate requirements are designed so you miss them. You should submit rebate forms with copy of your xxx bill in specific time frame. When xxx bill comes you have few days to act. I missed first one, the other one I believe I sent the day I got invoice but they still saying it was late. Called their rebate support - they are happy to repeat " your rebate form was late ". Will never order with them anything.

I have ordered my last two phones from this site. They have mostly all the carriers and incredible deals. I get a free new phone,the latest plan.

NEVER EVER BUY FROM HERE...I had ordered a motorola V400 with T-mobile plan. The phone which arrived was faulty + the number which they gave me was not my area code. So, I called them to replace the phone and provide a new new number starting my area code. They said they dont have it with my area code. So, I asked a refund. i was charged 25% restocking fee...BEWARE...even if their item is faulty, they will charge you 25% restocking fee...I spoke to manager there...and she was v v rude....My first negative review till now and that too comes after a while I purcahsed the product.

This seems like a great service. I easily ordered the Nokia 6600 which I wanted including the family time plan and I received the equipment the next day with free shipping. My order was just like I wanted. The delivery was exceptional. My phone and plan was setup as requested. All seems good and at a better price than the competition. I'll have to write more later when I see how the rebate goes in 6 months time. It may seem like a longtime to wait but I know that even the tmobile rebate will only come in 4 to 5 months and not the 4-6 weeks as Tmobile says.

a1wireless.com is a good company to purchase cell phone on on-line. They have a major carriers with set of phones and service plans. The descriptions of the phones were standard, and gave just enough information to make a less-than-informed decision. The information on the phones is detailed very good. The accessory line was very good and was specific to the phone purchased, as the flow in the site would lead one to believe.

I was just looking around when i found A1 amazing deals .i right away ordered my phones and within couple of hours i got my confirmation email and within 2 days i had my phone with accessories and rebates that was great deal .

I was Just looking around to buy a cell phone but when i looked A1 wireless deal right away i made the order and within a couple of hour i got a confirmation email and for next day shipping for $19.99 i got my phone on right time with all Accessories and rebates .


I suggest all My Friends to go their and give them oppurtunity to serve u with their best deals

If you value the information you submit online or over the phone and care about the status of your order, everything will go fine with your transaction @ A1 Wireless USA Inc. Please Follow up when supposed to, if asked to verify identity or verify address just fax the necessary information and everything will be fine. No company will be successful ripping people off, That is not the business model with A1 Wireless.
