I ordered a Home Theater Receiver, once the receiver arrived it did not function properly. Not sure if damaged in shipping or manufacturing defect. As a result, 50topsellers offered me a full refund including shipping return costs.

I have just completed my third purchase from 50Topsellers.com. Initially I was skeptical, but I have been proved wrong. They were very friendly every time I ordered, and delivery was on time. I received the receiver on time, but I had to replace it due to the damaged part (manufacturer defect). I requested replacement over the phone, and they sent a new one immediately. I received emails for both tracking numbers within 1 day, the phone conversation was easy and smooth, and they didn't try to sell me any additional accessory or extended warranty. I highly recommend this merchant, and I will definitely shop again from them.

After shopping around for a hometheater A/V receiver for quite a while (about 6 months), I stumbled upon 50topsellers. I initially purchased the Marantz SR-6300. Before my receiver was to be shipped, I noticed they had Marantz SR-6400 (which just came out in October 2003) for only $100 more so I decided to upgrade. I contacted them by e-mail letting them know my intentions, and they were able to change the order without hastle. I changed my order on a Thursday, and the receiver was at my house on Monday. I was very pleased with them overall and would recommend to all b/c they have top of the line equipment, INCREDIBLE prices, and they were very easy to deal with.

I placed the order and within a week the merchandise arrived. The merchandise was packaged expertly for shipment and it arrived in excellant condition. No issues whatsoever. I was very pleased.

I read the mixed reviews before I purchased, but I ordered anyway. Ordering was very simple using CC at website. UPS tracking info was sent the next day. I tracked my order until it arrived. It arrived on schedule. The item was brand new and well packaged. I have no complaints about this merchant, especially since the price was 25% cheaper than MSRP including the shipping. I saved $200!

took about 2 week to receive the stand where as the TV arrived from another vender in 4 days. had to set the TV on the end tables waiting for the stand to arrive. their website is pretty much worthless for trying to get up to date info on order status. their shipping was expensive for slow delivery. would not buy from them unless the price was a lot cheaper.

I was very happy with the service. I asked for a written quote and was pleased how fast it was turned around. When I order the products on-line the price was $10 more than the quote. I asked them to look at that in the comments of the order. They corrected the price to the original quote, no questions asked. I received the items in just a few days, as expected. The cartons were boxed and in excellent shape. I noticed that each of the cartons appeared to have been opened on the bottoms and re-taped with the factory seal tape. However the contents were pristine. I questioned the vendor and they assured me the it was brand new and never used. They components sound GREAT! I was very impressed with the merchant and would recommend them for future purchases.

Shipping was expensive but the combined price was still less than the asking price of most retailers before shipping! The receiver I bought is quite heavy and the packaging was just right to get it home safely! :)

The product was listed as 'in stock' and was NEVER in stock; I was never informed by email that it wasn't available, in fact, I was informed that it would be fullfilled and shipped within 4-7 days. Two weeks later I find the order is 'on hold' and on enquiring, was told it was not in stock. Conning people is not the way to offer internet shopping! I have cancelled the order. elodie sandford

It was a terrific experience. I was impressed with the speed with which I received confirmation of my order and with which the order was actually shipped. I've been a frequent shopper of online stores and the experience is rarely as good and as quick as this. Moreover, the price at which the product was sold was lower than that offeredy by every other vendor and every other comparison shopper I consulted! I ordered a 50" Sony LCD projection TV. They called me back in a few days, and I suspected the worst. However, the call was to tell me that a new model was coming out in a month, at a cheaper price(!), and wouldn't I rather wait for that one? I did, in a month or so they called me that it was arriving. Cheaper than any other site on the Internet I could find. My only complaint is that they should tell you that the shipping arrangement only drops the TV at your curb, doesn't carry it into your house. I had to postpone my delivery until I could get time off on a workday afternoon to meet the truck with a friend to help me move the huge box.

The only thing that bummed me a little bit was the cost of the shipping and handling. I look at handling as a hidden cost that changes the actual cost of the item. Total cost is just that, total cost. Paying more to ship the product costs me more money no matter how low the price for the goods is. I just felt that $40 plus dollars was a little high, that is all. Otherwise, no complaints.

Overall good, I thought it took a little longer to process the order then it could have but they had very good e-mail tracking. Their price was more then other vendors for the same product. I would order from again.

Incorrect information on Web about availability.

Worse was that after I ordered the unit, they put the order on backorder without notifying me. I discovered it later when wondering where the unit was. They then quoted me an incorrect backorder date. Finally, weeks later, I cancelled the order.

User friendly experience. Great prices and emailing the UPS tracker number was icing on the cake. I will shop there again.

Overall I felt that this merchant provides a good on-line purchasing experience. I am not a big fan of the structure of their website. I like that they have an immediate confirmation of order via email as soon as you submit the order. However, it takes them 2-3 days to process the order and get it in transit. Using UPS ground, the overall experience takes about 1 week.
