some of the questions i cant answer because i have not recieved the merchandise yet. also i have not gotte confirmation of shipping...the status says on hold...it also said it would ship in 5 to 8 days but that was about 10 days ago...so im kinda unsure of whats going on with the shipment

They do not accurately advertise shipping costs, or as they call it, "insurance for shipping," which is required. After calling me to "arrange shipping," they put me through three levels of salesmen trying to "make me happy" by cutting in half the unexpected additional "shipping insurance" that was first quoted to me by the first salesman. Needless to say, I did not want to reward them for their shaddy business practices. Besides, with the hidden costs, they no longer were the best deal on the internet. I canceled my order and got another TV the same day, without any hidden costs.

My overall experience was positive. There was a $210 insurance fee added to the price, which I thought was a bit high. They were willing to absorb some of that so that I paid only an additional $120. The insurance covered any problems within the first three days of receipt of the Sony. They would take it back and ship a new one with no questions asked.

The Sony XBR-40 was shipped and received within 5 days of my order date. There was a problem with the picture when I turned on the set. I called 50 TopSellers the next day and they shipped a new TV and took back the old one without a problem. The new one works great. Glad to have the insurance!

I had to make several phone calls, half the calls no one answered, not ever an answering message. Communication between trucking company and 50top sellers very poor, both blamed each other for delay of shipment. After several phone calls to both companies the shipment arrived when expected.

The name is a little different, however 50Topsellers.com provided me with outstanding service. I purchased a SONY DVP-NS3100ES/B. No one else could touch the total price with shipping included, and by the way, the DVD player is awesome! When I received the unit, I saw something that blew my mind. 50Topsellers.com double boxed the package! You just don't see that these days. 50Topsellers.com was also the only online store to have this DVD player in stock. If you are looking for a great deal and awesome service, this is the place to shop for electronics.

after 4 business days of checking the status of my package online and it saying (will ship in 24 hours) i called the customer service number. When they answered there was a young child screaming in the background. The guy then told me that 1 of the pair of speakers had been damaged but they would ship me a perfect pair out monday morning. I didn't track until tuesday afternoon and discovered that it still said will ship within 24 hours. i called again and asked if it had in fact shipped as i was told. After 5 minutes debating when 50topsellers had shipped and when they had taken payment, i hung up. Wednesday morning i saw that the package had billing info received at 5:25 PM tuesday and origin scan at 9:02. maybe it was just a fluke chance that i had a bad experience with them but i wouldn't chance it again.. they 5 dollars i saved using them wasn't worth the added week to receive the merchandise. C company at best.

Not happy with my experience! I do a lot of buying online, and this was a low point. They advertise free shipping and no tax. When you check out, they add a 2.5% insurance and "Handling" fee. I got a call the next day and they wanted to add an additional "double boxing" charge of over $30. I canceled my order. They try to reel you in with low price but nickel and dime you until the final cost is above competitor's prices.

I ordered a high end Sony ES dvd player from them. A day after placing the order I got a call from them confirming the order and shipping address. My dvd player arrived 5 business days later without any problems. The unit was brand new factory sealed. Very happy with purchase.

Ordered the Sony Bravia 26" LCD HDTV (KDL-V26XBR1) on-line on a Saturday, received order confirmation via e-mail on Monday, product shipped the following Friday and arrived on Tuesday the following week. Fantastic!!!!! Saved $500 compared to prices at Best Buy and Circuit City.
Called the 800 number a couple of times....no problem talking to a live body (Chris was very polite and helpful).
The total cost of the set was listed price plus 2.5% insurance and $49.00 for special packaging - understandable for an expensive and delicate item such as a TV. It arrived in great shape, has a GREAT picture (I use an antenna for reception and the digital channels I can receive now are crystal clear), and I was extremely satisfied with the overall experience of shopping with 50topsellers.

I was very pleased with my experience ordering from 50Topsellers online store. My order was processed correctly and shipped in two or three days. I received it the next day. The TV I ordered was packed very well and received no damage in shipping.

I ordered the Sony KDF-E60A20 from 50 Top Sellers. They had listed it as in stock, and it was shipped within 48 hours of my order (which was on the weekend).
The expected delivery date was the 26th, and the shipping company called on the 26th, and scheduled a delivery date on the 27th. They said their driver would give me a call 30 min before delivery, which he did. The merchandise arrived intact to California from New Yourk (no small feat in itself) and works perfectly.

Quick order processing and delivery. Outer box was crushed by UPS (typical). No damage to contents. Merchant needs to consider using double-walled cartons, blow-foam packing to prevent possible damaged goods.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! These jokers have no idea what they are doing. They advertised a price that they did not granted me, and then phoned me up to try to sell it to me at $200 MORE than was advertised. Talk about a bait and switch! I asked for a full email explanation of the problem, and asked when I would receive this email. Ray (the "customer service manager") informed me that I would receive the email when HE gets to it. I don't know about you, but when purchasing a $3000 projector, I want better service than, WHEN I GET TO IT. These guys are sketchy at best. Buyer BEWARE!

Web purchase process was pleasurable. Very user-friendly and quick. Excellent order status and shipment tracking. Ordered on Saturday, received item on Wednesday. Carton left on porch on its side by UPS. Carton should have laid flat. Both outer carton and Sony carton had large gashes in them. Both cartons appeared to have been exposed to excess heat and moisture. It was supposed to be factory sealed item. Sony carton was not sealed. Despite this the unit did not appear to be damaged and performs better than expected. All in all a good experience and a great product, at a great price.

Great price and great service. I was skeptical about buying a $1200 receiver for only $700, but 50Topsellers is an excellent reseller and i would definetly buy from them again.
