I tried their product before -- it worked very well and cost less than others, so, I ordered the same again . . .

One cartridge was not in stock and they held up the entire order rather than shipping most of the order then shipping the additional item when it came in to them from their supplier. No phone call or e-mail was sent to me to advise of the delay. Their competior, who I usually use, had all the items in stock for only a few dollars more. I will shop with Atlantic Inkjets for my future supplies and not 4inkjets. NO Communication with customer.

I ordered the ink on a week end and received it the next week. It worked out fine for me.

I have used 4InkJets for a couple of years. I only had one cartridge problem over many months until the last few months when I've had 3 or 4 failures for the black ink for my Epson Stylus printer. Either the cartridge leaked or in most cases, it failed to print while still showing over 60% loaded. The style of the cartridge was changed just before I began to have frequent failures.
I've had no trouble with the color cartridges nor with customer service sending me replacements. But given the consistent problems I've had, I will no longer use nor recommend this company.

I order one type of ink cartridge and your company sent me a different cartridge, I spent $6.07 to return the items to get the items that I order. The order was over $60.00 worth if ink cartridge, So I hope to get the right cartridge. I've order a lot of photto paper and ink cartridge from your company.

ink cartriges seem to be of a lesser quality then they used to be

I ordered ink from 4InkJets in 2005 and was very satisfied with the product, price and service. I ordered ink from other outlets for less but experienced a delay and quality problem for a cheaper ink price. Going back to 4InkJets a second time they did not disappoint me. Easy ordering when using a credit card, on time delivery, and no problem with the Epson compatible ink. TL
