The drivers power window on my sons 2006 Ford Taraus quit working.  The glass was crooked, out of the track and it made a horrible noise.  I Googled "how to" and was directed to a Youtube video by 1AAuto that showed in detail how to remove the door panel and replace the window regulator.  I followed the instructions, exposed the problem and confirmed the regulator was broken.  Seeing the video helped convince me I could fix it.  I ordered the part from 1AAuto and had it it within a few days, just as described. I reference the video several times during the install. I even had an online chat with a 1AAuto representative about an installation question whle I was working on it. The parts fit perfectly and in about an hour I had it done.  I would definitely buy from 1AAuto again.

I ordered a rear wheel hub on tue. march 5th and the part arrived fri march 8th..It was a perfect fit and the price was much lower than the local auto parts stores. The hub included the wheel sensor whcih was great because the local parts stores were selling the hub w/o the sensor for a much higher price! I had never replaced this part before, but by watching the how to videos --it was very simple.Once I installed the new part, the abs light,and the traction control light went out due to a bad sensor. I am extremely happy about receiving the part so quickly and the free shipping, and the price.. I will definitely use 1A Auto again!!

They sent me the wrong part and then didnt pay for the return shipping, when the full sealed package got there they said it was empty and the coundnt refund the money, I would never use this company again, what a total hassal

1A Auto is my new favorite destination when buying auto parts.  Have ordered from 1A Auto several times in the past 3 weeks and I have to say the prices are great and the service is fast. My latest order was replacement air springs from Arnott.  This was probably the easiest job I've done on my GMC Envoy.  30 minutes from start to finish to complete the R & R of both air springs. I was told by numerous people that it would cost me over $1000 to repair my leaking air suspension.  The Arnott replacement air springs cost me lesss than $200 from 1A Auto.  With that price and the ease of installation it's a no brainer.  Now my air suspension stays aired up and I'm not  having to the compressor run continuosly trying to keep up. No complaints at all. Keep up the great work!!

the service was fine . delivery time was fine. the product was terriable  i purchased pins and bushions kit . don't buy this ! the bushions are total junk.t they are make of bronze and break before they get seated . i purchased 4 set 49.95 for nothing!

Ordered headlight assemblies for 2004 Chevy Impala (part number 1ALHP00039).  The price was amazingly cheap, so I was rather apprehensive. The parts arrived in 3 days, with free shipping. They were very well packed. The installation was easy and the parts fit perfectly, both physically and electrically. During the purchase process I was kept informed via email about the delivery progress. I needed a windield wiper transmission assy. I was first going to try my local scrap yard but decided against that. Knowing my part store would not carry this part I decided on 1A Auto. I ordered it on a Tuesday using the free shipping option and had in my hand on Thursday. I doubt the part store could have gotten it to me any faster. Granted, the delivery distance was only approx. 500 miles.

I watched a video on you-tube on how to replace the turn signal stalk on a Chrysler Town and Country van.  The video was 8 minutes long and quite helpful.  I ordered the part from 1A Auto.  The part was shipped with free shipping.  I was able to replace the stalk in about 5 minutes.  Everything works great.  It cost me $64.95.  I was quoted $450.00 from the dealer to replace the stalk.

Firstly, it was easy finding the part I needed from 1A Auto's website and the price was amazing considering it's $500 directly from the manufacturer. I paid $80.  Secondly, the part arrived via USPS Ground in 3 business days. It was well packaged -and a GM product.  My fiance installed it, and it is working very well so far.  This was a very positive experience for us without having had face to face customer service.  The 1A Auto video was helpful with installation, though we couldn't find a video for our specific make and model. After a carwash accident took the passeger-side mirror off my 2002 Taurus, I went looking for a replacement online--I'm so glad I found 1-A Auto! I found it easy to locate what I was looking for on the website, they had exactly what I needed (the replacements even had the built in "puddle lights" of the originals), the price was remarkably good (I replaced both electric, lighted outside mirrors for $75.95!) and the FREE shipping was wonderfully quick--I ordered on a Saturday afternoon and had my mirrors the following Thursday--even with the Fourth of July in-between! Searched for door gaskets for my 99 Chevy Silverado and ended up talking to Dan. Because I have a 3 door (one extra rear passeger suicide door) it was somewhat rare as trucks go. He called the manufacturer to verify fit. It paid off, as the delivery was w/in 3 days. I matched up the gaskets to the old ones and perfect-o!
Dan was knowledgable enough to say, "I don't know about that model, but I will check."
The gaskets fit my doors, with enought to trim the ends for a perfect fit. I have tolerated wind noise for months, and the price was -39% LESS than my local Chevy dealer.

My 5th or 6th order from 1A Auto.  I have always been amazed at the delivery speed, the packing and condition of the parts I ordered, and the absolutely wonderful YOUTUBE videos that show me exactly what I need to know in installing the parts.  I can't even imagine what a better place online to buy auto parts would look like...

I ordered a driver side headlight from 1A Auto for my 2005 Chevy Tahoe. I didn't pay any extra for shipping and still got it in 3 days! The price was well worth the piece and it fits perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone, and actually already have.

after i placed my order, the delivery speed was very good.

except, that the company sent me the incorrect part that DOES NOT fit my vehicle.
representative stood strong that is was  correct.  i took my car to the dealership.  they confirmed that the part was for a 1997 not 1996.

i trusted the company to send the correct part, therefore, i had it painted to match my car color.  now, they will not refund.
