I had seen they were advertising LED rope lights and thought they had a good deal on them. Unfortunately the rope lights I received were incandescent (the complete opposite end of efficiency). When I called to ask them about the mix up they stated it was my fault. My receipt from the company did not specify LED and the information on their website had since changed. So they were willing to rip me off again by having me pay to ship the light back; where they were willing to give me only a percentage of what I paid, if anything! Now I am stuck with a product I don't want because I wont pay shipping twice to possible get a percentage of my money back (due to false advertising).

To say the least I am very disappointed with 1000 bulbs customer service. Fixtures did not lock on to bulbs and almost caused a fire. Two full weeks three emails and no reply to my concerns. Well that pretty much does it for me. Never again. Remember “The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten” – Benjamin Franklin.

1000bulbs is reviewing the sockets in question to find and remedy any issues with safety. Customer service manager Curtis Shelton has handled all my concerns and made the bad taste I had go away.
Every company makes mistakes but it takes a company with pride in their customer service and respect for their customers to right a problem. 1000bulbs has earned my respect and I look forward to doing business again. It is refreshing to find a company that really values the customer. Seems a rarity in this country nowadays.

I have done a lot of business with 1000Bulbs.com in the last couple of years. They do a great job no matter what the problem may be. The staffs are very professional and very polite and I do enjoy working with them. I am also very impressed with their Web Site. All around a great company to do business with. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a one stop shop when it comes to Lighting requirements. Jen K. Lopez does an outstanding job tending to all my needs and any problems that may be encountered. A+++ across the board.
