I placed my order just seconds before the 12:00PM deadline for same day delivery. Fearing that it would be bumped to the next day I emailed them asking if it could be delivered the same day. The customer service person was very courteous and professional and responded promptly to my email. Not only was my order delivered the same day but it was delivered 2 hours and 40 minutes after I placed it. That is outstanding when it comes to floral arrangements, especially over the internet.
