1994 vintage of this wine was ranked #9 on Wine Spectator's Top 10 Wines of 1997 Caymus has long been one of standard bearers for silky, yet powerful Napa Cabernet Sauvignon. In a great vintage, they can be spectacular, and 2009 is one of best vintages we've tasted since legendary 2004. This brand new release has yet to be rated, but when it does, watch out scores are bound to be high. Wine Spectator rated 2009 vintage for Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 94-97 points. James Laube in Wine Spectator writes about 2009 vintage, stating: Napa's biggest money grape, Cabernet Sauvignon, enjoyed same ideal growing conditions until October, when a pair of strong storms dumped enough rain to worry growers. Those who picked before storms were excited about young wine's color, flavor, acids and tannins. But those who waited out deluge faced a mixed bag. One of wineries that gambled was Caymus, which saw both sides of coin. Scarlet color and brackish edges. N Wine Spectator rating: 91.

family vineyards are my father's legacy and I get so much joy from crafting wines from our Home RanChateau I love opulence of this wine, and sun-kissed flavors of Sonoma County that it evokes. 2009 Chardonnay has aromas of stone fruit, honeysuckle and a hint of chestnut. Flavors of ripe tropical fruit are accented by notes of toasted marshmallow and a bright acidity that lingers into finish. The Wine Advocate rating: 91.

A seasoned vine will bear fruit: our lovely Wine Grape Bonsai bears tiny, edible grape clusters. As in the old adage about a fine wine improving with age, our Wine Grape Bonsai tree takes more than ten years for our expert artisans to grow and cultivate; only then are the most beautiful and hardy specimens chosen for repotting into bonsai containers. Over the decade, our horticulturists take great care to train them into their classical, expressive Wine Grape Bonsai form and shape. Bonsai may or may not arrive bearing fruit. We select the bonsai for you from among a variety of ten-year-old California wine grape varietals available: chardonnay, zinfandel, or cabernet sauvignon Wine Grape Bonsai tree arrives with or without fruit in a handsome ceramic dish Depending on a variety of conditions, may or may not produce fruit Whether fruiting or not, still creates a unique ornamental vignette on buffet or bar Fruiting bonsai, like this vine, are happiest in full sun sites; watch it flower in Spring, and shed its leaves late in the Fall. Indoors or outdoors, prefers bright light Measures overall approximately 12"H Planter size and color may vary

Scarlet color and brackish edges. Nose is sweet fruit and smoked meats. This wine already has some bouquet− truffle mushrooms, vanilla style oak. The palate is creamy richness with nuances of leather and a cocoa-style fine grain tannin.
