This wine is from United States, California region, Napa County sub-region and Napa Valley appellation. Edelwein Gold is a great representation of a heavily botrytised Riesling from Freemark Abbey. The color is golden straw with a slight greenish hue. The aroma overflows the glass with mandarin orange, peach blossoms and apricot with hints of honeysuckle and pear. The mouthfeel is viscous and flavor full with white peach and apricot laced with honey. The sweet, crisp finish has a beautiful balance that lasts for several minutes on the palate. This wine is from United States, California region, Napa County sub-region and Napa Valley appellation. In some vintages, the decision about when to pick is a tough judgment call as we closely follow the maturation of the grapes' flavors and tannins. Both Chris Phelps and I found this vintage less demanding, as we achieved the level of ripeness we were seeking from area to area in the vineyard with perfect, rain-free weather conditions. This was a great vintage mainly due to Mother Nature, who gave us a cool, long summer and held off the winter until true physiological ripeness occurred and all the grapes were off the vines. Due to the cool start of the growing season, we did even more cluster thinning than usual to balance the crop load on each vine and ensure maturity. The resulting yields were only about half of normal, but the quality of the Cabernet Sauvignon was extraordinary. In the small vineyard blocks that consistently produce grapes of the level we require for the Special Selection designation, the flavors were lush and substantial, and the tannins had a ripe, melt-in-the-mouth quality. We hand-harvested the grapes from September 25 through October 18.In many ways, the 1999 vintage wine made itself. Overnight after crushing, we saw intense color and great concentration in the juice, which only deepened during fermentation and the three-week maceration period. In this vintage, Chris selected 93 percent new French oak barrels, crafted by half a dozen different coopers for additional complexity and nuances of aroma and flavor. The wines aged in barrel for 17 months before we elected to capture the exuberant fruit flavors, the hallmark of this excellent, ripe vintage. I believe the resulting wine defines pure pleasure-and Special Selection's true pedigree. .

This wine is from Italy, Piedmont region, Asti sub-region. The Saracco winery is located in the village of Castiglione Tinella, between Alba and Santo StefanoBelbo. For four generations the Saracco family has produced a wine that is considered the referencepoint for Moscato d’Asti. Now managed by Paolo Saracco, careful vineyard management and strictcontrol over the entire winemaking process has added to the family’s reputation and led to Paolo’snickname, “The Maestro of Moscato.'Situated throughout the Castiglione Tinella appellation, the terroir and microclimate of the family’svineyards are particularly well-suited for the Moscato grape - limestone mixed with sandy veins andelevation levels that provide just the right temperature and humidity levels.. Produced from Moscato Bianco Canelli sourced from various estate vineyards in the village of Castiglione Tinella in the Cuneo province of Piedmont. Fermentation takes place in special pressurized tanks. After roughly a week of fermentation, when the wine has reached the proper balance of alcohol, sugar and acidity, it is chilled down and fermentation is arrested. The wine then goes through a sterile filtration to eliminate the yeast, and is bottled cold. To insure freshness the wine is fermented one tank at a time, 12 months a year.. . Fragrant aromas of summer stone fruits like apricot and peach explode from the glass. The palate is refreshing with mouth watering acidity. The finish is very long with the perfect touch of residual sugar. MUSCAT BLANC A PETITS GRAINS Wine Sparkling Wine Imported

This wine is from Israel, Galilee region. The richness of the Yarden Katzrin Chardonnay begins with its nose, which exhibits an aromatic blend of characters: ripe pears and apples, tropical fruits, hints of flowers, all layered with opulent oak. The intensity follows through in the flavor, which shows great concentration and leads to a long, satisfying finish. The 2000 Katzrin Chardonnay is ready to enjoy, though it should continue to improve with a couple of years of aging and should drink well for up to seven years following the harvest. We most enjoy Katztrin Chardonnay with richly flavored foods, such as a seafood risotto, grilled duck breasts or even pasta al Fredo. Yarden Katzrin Chardonnay is 100% varietal. All the fruit comes from the northern Golan Heights, the coolest area in Israel, from vineyards of up to 1,200 meters (3,900 feet) in elevation. These vineyards produce outstanding Chardonnay fruit year after year. The wine fermented in new French oak barrels and aged sur-lies in the same barrels. The wine completed malolactic fermentation in barrels and was bottled without filtration. Kosher CHARDONNAY Wine Israeli Still Wine

This wine is from United States, California region, Napa County sub-region and Napa Valley appellation. Located just north of Calistoga in Napa Valley, California, Chateau Montelena is aniconic estate whose name is synonymous with excellence. Founded in 1882 by AlfredL. Tubbs, this businessman steadily increased production until Prohibition, afterwhich the property fell into disrepair. In 1958, Yort and Jeanie Frank purchased theestate and slowly transformed it into the beautiful showpiece that it is today. When the Barrett family bought the property in 1972, James Barrett focused hisattention on restoring the vineyards, winery and cellar. Chateau Montelena is a truefamily affair - James’s son Bo is Montelena’s master winemaker and for more than 30years he has consistently created benchmark wines in the house style. Other keymembers of the winemaking team include winemaker Cameron Parry, assistantwinemaker Matt Cratfon and vineyard manager Dave Vella. The now infamous Paris tasting of 1976 placed Chateau Montelena at the forefront ofthe wine world and the family continues to build upon its legacy of excellence anddedication to terroir-driven, authentic wines.. (85% Cabernet Sauvignon/13% Merlot/2% Cabernet Franc).. Aged for 14 months in a combination of French and EasternEuropean oak (14% new), the wine’s deep ruby color hints at the aromas and flavors to come - dense notes of black cherries, red berries, and plums lead to hints of toasty oak and vanilla, with smoky undertones. This wine is from United States, California region, Napa County sub-region and Napa Valley appellation. The topsy-turvy 2008 growing season seesawed from heavy winter rains to early spring drought to severe frosts in late March and throughout April. Coupled with inclement weather during bloom and stress-inducing heat during grape set, these conditions significantly reduced the size of the grape crop throughout Napa Valley, greatly concentrating flavors. Clear, mild summer weather, with warm days and cool nights, provided ideal conditions for fully maturing our Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, which were harvested between September 26th and October 16th with a perfect balance of sugar and acidity.. Total Acidity: 0.69 g/l 14.2% abv pH:3.73 Residual Sugar:0.0 g/l. The wonderfully pure, pretty nose of our 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon is redolent of warm berry cobbler, with lovely toasted boysenberry and blackberry scents joined by hints of wild cherry, loamy earth and oak vanillin. On the supple, beautifully structured palate, the wine offers rich, vibrant blackberry, plum and black cherry flavors framed by perfectly integrated tannins and a long, savory finish. Delicious now, this elegantly sumptuous Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon will develop further nuance with another 5-7 years' bottle age. CABERNET SAUVIGNON Wine CALIFORNIA STILL WINE

This wine is from France, Rhone region. The 2006 Chateauneuf du Pape blanc seems to be slightly more muted but is still an excellent example of white Chateauneuf du Pape, with notes of white flowers, honeyed citrus, and a medium-bodied, dry, crisp finish. The luxury cuvee (only 500 cases) is from a single vineyard, the Clos de Beauvenir. Manager Alain Dugas, who has done such a superb job at La Nerthe since 1998, told me that they decided not to produce a Cuvee des Cadettes in 2007 because several of their old vine Mourvedre parcels were adversely affected by the yearas drought. Perhaps that is to their benefit, as the single cuvee that will be offered is a superb one. While La Nerthe has always made one of the best white wines of the appellation, it is worth noting that the very tiny production of white Chateauneuf du Pape continues to show encouraging progress almost across the board, as non-malolactic and cold fermentation techniques seem to be producing much more fruit and character in the wines. This wine is from United States, California region, Napa County sub-region and Stags Leap District appellation. The FAY vineyard is the land where the story of Stag's Leap Wine Cellars began back in 1969 when Warren Winiarski tasted Nathan Fay's 1968 homemade Cabernet. Warren knew, instantly, that he had found what he was searching for-classic elements of fruit and structure, suppleness and balance. It was a style that Warren refers to as “an iron fist in a velvet glove.' As luck would have it, an adjoining prune orchard was for sale. The Winiarski's purchased the land and planted a vineyard-now known as S.L.V. - and soon after, Stag's Leap Wine Cellars was born.. In 1986, Nathan offered to sell his vineyard to the Winiarski family. In his honor, the vineyard was named FAY. By the time we acquired the vineyard, many of the vines were nearly a quarter-century old and nearing the end of their best growing years. We embarked on an ambitious replanting program, experimenting with rootstocks, row orientation, and trellising to attain optimal expression of the terroir. Our replanting efforts are now fully realized and all vineyard blocks are in production. Vineyard blocks on the eastern slope, closest to the Palisades, contribute structural components derived from the volcanic soils there, while the more aromatic components come from the vineyard blocks on the western alluvial upland. When blended together, we achieve the classic expression of ”an iron fist in a velvet glove.” CABERNET SAUVIGNON Wine CALIFORNIA STILL WINE

This wine is from Italy, Abruzzo region, Montepulciano D'abruzzo sub-region. Binomio is the brainchild of Stefano Inama from Azienda Agricola Inama and Sabatino Di Properzio from Fattoria la Valentina. The idea was simple and born from their conviction that Montepulciano is a grape of extraordinary potential. High yields and poor vinification had robbed it of character in much the same way that Garganega had been squandered in Soave. Planted in 1971, the Binomio vineyard sits at an elevation of 985- 1,640 feet on clay and limestone soil. The vineyard is planted exclusively with the lowyielding Africa clone that produces short-tailed bunches with small berries that resemble the shape of the African continent. The unique combination of mountainous terroir, old vines, and a strict selection produce a wine which displays the concentration and complexity for which Montepulciano is famous. This wine is from Italy, Tuscany region, Chianti Classico sub-region. Founded in 1972, Castello di Ama sits 12 miles northeast of Siena in the hills of Gaiole. The property is owned and operated by the husband and wife team of Marco Pallanti and Lorenza Sebasti. Marco was a young viticulturalist who in a very few years had become one of the most highly respected winemakers in Tuscany. He began to experiment with non-traditional varieties such as Merlot, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir, to enhance the concept of cru wines (introducing Vigneto Bellavista, Vigneto La Casuccia and L’Apparita) and to utilize small oak barrels. In 2003, he was crowned Oenologist of the Year by Vini d’Italia, published by Gambero Rosso and Slow Food. Over the past 30-40 years, he replanted all of the vineyards and upgraded all of the winemaking capabilities to make this one of Tuscany's showcase producers. 90 hectares are planted to vines at an average altitude of 480 meters with a southern exposure and clay calcareous soils. The obsessive dedication to quality in both the vineyard and winery has made Castello di Ama not only one of Tuscany's greatest wine producers, but one of the finest wineries in the world. MERLOT

This wine is from United States, California region, Napa County sub-region and Stags Leap District appellation. CASK 23, made only in exceptional vintages, is usually a blend of the most distinctive fruit from our S.L.V. and FAY estate vineyards. The story of CASK 23 began during the harvest of 1974. Back then, winery founder Warren Winiarski enlisted the help of celebrated winemakerAndre Tchelistcheff. As they tasted through various lots of new wines from that year, they noticed a distinct character in a lot from the center of Block 4, a character they described as “crushed violets'. It was so appealing that they decided to age this wine separately in a wooden cask, number 23. The wine was still so deliciously distinct after further aging in barrel, Warren decided to bottle it separately and give it a special name-CASK 23.. Much of S.L.V. has been replanted, but the vines in Block 4 from the original planting in 1972 still stand, and they continue to produce fruit of exquisite character. Over the years, we've identified other blocks and sub-blocks of our estate vineyards that consistently yield fruit ofexceptional quality, but the choice of which grapes go into CASK 23 is far from automatic. We pick and vinify in small lots, then carefully monitor each lot's development to determine which ones live up to their full potential. The fruit from S.L.V., with its volcanic soils, contribute complex structure, concentration, and spicy intensity, while the alluvial soils of FAY yield fruit with lush perfume and rich berry flavors. When blended together, the intense “fire'-like qualities of S.L.V. and the supple, “water'-likecharacteristics of FAY create a wine of classic elegance, structure, and age-ability.
