This wine is from Italy, Piedmont region, Asti sub-region. The Saracco winery is located in the village of Castiglione Tinella, between Alba and Santo StefanoBelbo. For four generations the Saracco family has produced a wine that is considered the referencepoint for Moscato d’Asti. Now managed by Paolo Saracco, careful vineyard management and strictcontrol over the entire winemaking process has added to the family’s reputation and led to Paolo’snickname, “The Maestro of Moscato.'Situated throughout the Castiglione Tinella appellation, the terroir and microclimate of the family’svineyards are particularly well-suited for the Moscato grape - limestone mixed with sandy veins andelevation levels that provide just the right temperature and humidity levels.. Produced from Moscato Bianco Canelli sourced from various estate vineyards in the village of Castiglione Tinella in the Cuneo province of Piedmont. Fermentation takes place in special pressurized tanks. After roughly a week of fermentation, when the wine has reached the proper balance of alcohol, sugar and acidity, it is chilled down and fermentation is arrested. The wine then goes through a sterile filtration to eliminate the yeast, and is bottled cold. To insure freshness the wine is fermented one tank at a time, 12 months a year.. . Fragrant aromas of summer stone fruits like apricot and peach explode from the glass. The palate is refreshing with mouth watering acidity. The finish is very long with the perfect touch of residual sugar. MUSCAT BLANC A PETITS GRAINS Wine Sparkling Wine Imported

This wine is from Italy, Piedmont region, Barbaresco sub-region. The Tenute Cisa Asinara dei Marchesi di Gresy, made up of three estates situated in the Langhe and Monferrato zones, is recognized for producing many of the greatest wines in the Piedmont region. After years of selling grapes from the estate to the region’s top producers, in 1973 Alberto di Gresy began vinifying his own wine with the objective of producing wine using modern technology while respecting tradition, and to transferring as much of the character of the terrain, vineyard site and varietal into the bottle. The Martinenga estate, the only monopole in Piedmont grows primarily Nebbiolo grapes for the production of Barbaresco as well as Barbera and Cabernet Sauvignon. Also, at Martinenga, are newer vineyards of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. Nearby in the Commune of Treiso d’Alba is the Monte Aribaldo estate where Dolcetto d’Alba is grown. In Monferrato, the La Serra estate produces exclusively Moscato dAsti. Martinenga, with its 11 hectares of Nebbiolo vines, is considered to be one of the greatest single vineyards dedicated to the production of Barbaresco. Its ideal southern exposure and blue marl soils produce fruit that is transformed into a Barbaresco of extraordinary class and finesse.. Aged in French barriques for 6 months, then Slavovian oak for 14 months. Matured in bottle for 15 months.Brilliant, garnet red with orange reflections.. Intense and harmonious, redolent of wild wood berries, sour blackcherry, plums and hay. Full, harmonious, with a long finish. NEBBIOLO Wine Italian Still Wine

This wine is from United States, Oregon region, North Willamette sub-region. Ponzi Vineyards, one of Oregon’s pioneer wineries, was founded in 1970 by Dick and Nancy Ponzi. Since then they have set a standard for Oregon’s viticultural innovation and winemaking excellence. In 1988 Dick Ponzi was recognized by Robert Parker as one of the world’s finest winemakers, one of only three Americans so distinguished. In 1994 his daughter Luisa took over winemaking duties from her father, though the two still work closely together. Luisa apprenticed with Christophe Roumier of Domaine Roumier in Burgundy as well as with Luca Currado of Vietti in Piedmont. The Ponzi family has always maintained a philosophy of building strong, healthy vineyards through sustainable agricultural practices. All 120 acres of the Ponzi owned and managed vineyards - Estate, Abetina, Madrona, Aurora and Avellana - are LIVE Certified Sustainable. Ponzi Vineyards consistently achieves excellence in the creation of its wines. No expense is spared, nor experimentation left untried. “There is a reputation behind our label that I want people to know they can count on.'~ Winemaker Luisa Ponzi. Our Chardonnay Reserve blends new Dijon Clones and old Chardonnay vines presenting a wine with lovely structure and depth. With aromas of apple, pineapple, roasted nuts, this wine is medium bodied with mineral characteristics and a bright finish, creating a elegant style. -Luisa Ponzi CHARDONNAY Wine Oregon Still Wine

This wine is from Italy, Piedmont region, Barbera D'alba sub-region. Elio Grasso is one of the best producers of Barolo. The estate vineyards and cellar, located outside the town of Monforte d'Alba, are surrounded by improbably steep vineyards on the eastern side of the Barolo appellation. The winery uses only estate grown grapes from varieties traditionally grown in the Langhe hill country near Alba. Elio works mostly in the vineyards, leaving the cellar work to his son Gianluca and wine consultant, Piero Ballario. Grasso farms Nebbiolo for the Barolo from 3 vineyards in Monforte - Ginestra Vigna Casa Mate, Gavarini Vigna Chiniera and Runcot, all with their own unique qualities. These south facing vineyards are planted on relatively loose-packed calcareous soil at elevations between 918-1,312 feet. All the grapes are vinified separately, according to the vineyard of provenance. The cellar displays an assortment of stainless steel tanks, where all the grapes are fermented, with the exception of Chardonnay, as well as 25 hectoliter Slavonian oak barrels and small 225 liter casks of French oak. At present, their annual level of production enables Grasso to remain family managed, as well as continue their meticulous control over all stages of winemaking, from vineyard to cellar. The wines combine structure with elegance, aromatic finesse, solid character and exceptional aging potential. BARBERA Wine Italian Still Wine
