Niepoort 2007 has benefited from a second winter to further close up its dense purple colour. On aroma dark fruits are wonderfully contrasted with slighty green nuances and great finesse. On palate, medium sweet, which combines well, with a very tight structure. taste exhibits a firm tannins and length but with great finesse in evidence. International Wine Cellar rating: 93. Minimize

Clear, amber colour with golden highlights. A complex and intense aroma of dried fruits (fig, prunes, almonds), toffee and vanilla-spice. Medium sweet, smooth, soft fruit, balanced by a strong backbone of citrus acidity and a luxurious, long finish. Leacock's 10 year old Bual is fined and does not require decanting. It is excellent as an after dinner drink and also very good with fruit, chocolate, cakes and hard cheeses. It has been bottled when ready for drinking and will keep for several months after opening.
