This wine is from France, Champagne region. Bruno Paillard’s family lineage of brokers and growers in the two Grand Cru villages of Bouzy and Verzenay dates back to 1704. Following in their footsteps, he began as a broker in 1975, and acquired a deep and extensive knowledge of the region and its wines. In 1981, at the age of 27, Paillard started his own Champagne house - the first new one in nearly a century. After renting a cellar for three years and purchasing carefully selected grapes from independent growers, Paillard released his first Champagnes. He then built his own cellar, allowing him total control over temperature, lighting and humidity.. In 1990 he built his current winery, and in 1994 began purchasing vineyards. He now has 62 acres, which cover 1/3 of his production needs, almost half of which are Grand Cru in some of the best viticultural areas in Champagne. These vineyards are farmed organically and sustainably - a rigorous and delicate job given that the vineyards are subdivided into 40 different parcels. All harvesting is done by hand, according to the particularities of the parcel. Paillard also still works with high-quality, independent grape growers with whom he has had relationships for many years. The total production of Champagne Bruno Paillard is limited to 45,000 cases, made exclusively from the first pressing of grapes from the best vineyards in Champagne. From the Brut Premiere Cuvee to the N.P.U. (Non Plus Ultra), all Bruno Paillard Champagnes share the same finesse and dryness. Each cru is vinified separately, minimal dosage levels are added, aging is extensive and well beyond AOC requirements. All Bruno Paillard bottles carry the disgorgement date on the back label, a quality step pioneered by Paillard. After disgorgement, all bottles are returned to the cellars for a minimum of 3 months before being labeled and shipped.. (85% Pinot Noir/15% Chardonnay). Pinot Noir juice under its two forms is dominant in the blend - white wine thanks to a rapidpressing, with juice and skins separated at once and red wine obtained by fermenting the skins with the juice for a completeextraction of color. A significant percentage of Chardonnay from the North of the Cote des Blancs adds freshness to the blend. The dosage is kept very low - 8 to 9 grams of sugar per liter - so as to produce an authentic and pure wine. The disgorgementdate is on the back label. Minimum maturation in our cellar after disgorgement and before shipment: 3 to 4 months.. Lightcopper gold color, slightly raspberry when young, growing salmon pink when mature. Vivacious and fruity, first aromas ofredcurrant, fresh red fruit, leaning towards Morello cherry, strawberry and violet when opened. Refined and pure with anelegant, long and delicate finish. Following disgorgement, a small dosage was added and the wine matured for one additional year before release.. Hue : pale gold and shiny with green reflections. Very fine bubbles - slightly less abundant than in our other wines because of a less strong bottle fermentation. The first aromas are clearly citrus - green lemon, grapefruit - adorned with white flowers. With aeration, a touch of almond, brioche, bread crust emerges. On the palate, it is lively and offers a complex feeling going from citrus to white fruits. Wonderfully fresh and long finish. The House of Champagne Delamotte is the fifth-oldest Champagne house in the region, founded in 1760 and located in the heart of the Cote des Blancs in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Sister house and contiguous to the House of Champagne Salon, Delamotte produces no more than 50,000 cases annually, ensuring that the vineyards of Delamotte dominate the expression of its wines, defining the house's elegant, mineral style. Through hard work in the vineyards and long aging in the cellars, the House of Champagne Delamotte has come to be recognized as one of the leading Champagne producers in the Cote des Blancs.. (80% Pinot Noir/20% Chardonnay). Exclusively from grand cru vineyards. The Pinot Noir is sourced fromvineyards located in the Montagne de Reims area northeast of Epernay, in the villages of Bouzy,Ambonnay and Tours-sur-Marne. The Chardonnay is from Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. The wine was made in thetraditional saignee method, extracting color and complexity from the skins during fermentation. Riddlingis performed entirely by hand.. Nice pale rose colour with tiny bubbles. Strong red fruit aromas on the nose On the palate, fruit is dominant too with vivacity and a hint of acidity. Supple and round. The balance between the dominant Pinot Noir and the smaller percentage Chardonnay gives this wine its beautiful pale rose colour and its delicate notes of red fruits, strawberries, raspberries, wild strawberries and black currants. . 95 points and one of the WIne Enthusiasts Top 100 Wines of 2010: Full, creamy and soft, this is a rich Champagne, very much a food wine. It has great ripe swathes of peach and pineapple flavors, rounded by toast. While 2000 is not a vintage for aging, this opulent Champagne may be the exception. (12/10) 92 points Wine Spectator: A full, robust Champagne, delivering plenty of gingerbread, toast and citrus aromas and flavors. Balanced in an extroverted way, with a fine texture, this is approachable now. Should continue to develop. Drink now through 2020. (11/10) 93 points Stephen Tanzers International Wine Cellar: Light, bright gold with an energetic bead. Precise lemon zest and orange aromas are complemented by deeper notes of pear skin, honey, almond and chamomile, with a subtle mineral quality gaining strength with air. Youthful and surprisingly lithe for a wine from this house, with spicy citrus and orchard fruit flavors joined by smoky minerality and nuttiness on the back end. The honey note returns on the long, spicy sappy finish. I like this wines balance and cut Sparkling CHAMPAGNE BLEND Liquor SPARKLING WINE IMPORTED

The jewel of Louis Roederer House is Cristal, created in 1876 for Tsar Alexander II. This is champagne at its finest, as inspired today as it has always been, the embodiment of elegance and purity. Cristal is made according to the strictest criteria, based on a drastic process of selection applying to the vintage, the cru, the village, the grapes, and, finally, the wines. Only Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from the House's ten most celebrated crus are used in the production of this legendary cuvee.. The 2004 Brut Cristal has put on quite a bit of weight since I first tasted it earlier this year. It is a powerful, structured Cristal layered with considerable fruit. Chardonnay seems to play the leading role in 2004, at least today. Cristal is often accessible young, but that is far from the case here. This is a serious, painfully young Cristal that will require considerable patience. Readers who are willing to spend some time with the wine today will find a super-impressive, complete Cristal. The 2004 Cristal is 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. This is Lot L033331E100008, disgorged January, 2010. Anticipated maturity: 2014-2034.My visit to these historic cellars earlier in the year was an eye-opening experience. I spent several hours with Chef de Caves Jean-Baptiste Lecaillon tasting through a wide range of 2009s vins claires. Readers may want to take a look at my feature on www.erobertparker.com for more on those wines. The visit was capped off by previews of the 2004 Cristal and the as-yet-unreleased Cristal Rose. Both were superb. Over the last six months the 2004 Cristal has come together beautifully and is shaping up to be a truly great, monumental Champagne. From top to bottom, this is an impressive set of wines. My only real criticism of Roederer is the estate's insistence on using lot numbers that resemble missile launch codes in their complexity. Surely something simpler must be possible. Sparkling Other SPARKLING WINE IMP

This wine is from United States, California region, Mendocino County sub-region and Anderson Valley appellation. The Roederer Estate Rose is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. For color, the winemaker prepares a small portion of Pinot Noir with extended maceration and adds about five percent to the blend before secondary fermentation, imparting a subtle salmon hue. Both the 60/40 blend and addition of the small amount of red wine create a charming wine of discreet finesse.. As with all Roederer Estate wines, the Brut Rose is comprised of 100 percent estate grown grapes. Oak-aged wines from the Estate’s reserve cellars are added to the blend, creating a multi-vintage cuvee in the traditional Roederer style. Only the cuvee (first pressing of 120 gallons/ton) is used; no premiere or deuxieme taille. The wine is then fermented at 65 degrees Fahrenheit in high-grade stainless steel tanks. Five percent Pinot Noir is added for color prior to secondary fermentation; no malolactic fermentation is used. Oak-aged reserve wines from the Estate’s cellars make up 10 to 20 percent of the Rose cuvee.. Full and round with smoothflavors and a fine, persistentmousse. The extra measureof Chardonnay contributeselegance and austerity thatbalance nicely with thedelicate fruitiness ofthe Pinot Noir. Sparkling NON-VARIETAL ROSE BLEND Wine SPARKLING WINE DOMESTIC

This blend of great vintages is one of the true peaks of wine and perhaps the most consistently great pink wine in the world. Effortless, subtle and elegant, this is not a bottle of wine that is ever flashy or showy. Every time I have had it seems to just vanish without refilling the flutes The refined strawberry notes and haunting Pinot Noir fruit always seem to take a back seat to the company and the conversation when I have drunk it, but the memory of each experience is as vivid as yesterday. Every lover of the good things in life should try this masterpiece at least once. It is the ultimate rose! (Gary Westby, K&L Champagne buyer) 95 Wine Spectator Insider: Theres plenty of fruit here--raspberry, black currant and hints of orange--but also ginger, sweet baking spices and toast. This is complex and beautifully balanced, with a long, fresh and expansive aftertaste. (12/10) 93 points Robert Parker: The NV Brut Rose is awesome in the way it combines elegance, finesse and power. The incomparable finesse of this cuvee results from a blend of eight of the house’s traditional Grand Crus.Strength and structure come from the dominance of Pinot Noir (60-65%) from the best plots on the Montagne de Reims (Verzenay, Verzy, Ambonnay) and the Grande Vallee de la Marne (Ay), blended with the freshness and delicacy of Chardonnay (35-40%) from the most prestigious crus on the Cote des Blancs (Avize, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger). This wine is from United States, California region. In keeping with the style we established more than a quarter century ago, Chandon has captured the expressive elegance of California's vineyards in Brut Classic. The wine presents full flavors that move seamlessly across the palate. Chardonnay provides front palate creaminess and contributes a firm structure and vibrancy while Pinot Meunier adds mid-palate dimension with hints of cherry cream. Pinot Noir, which forms the majority of the cuvee, gives the wine length, persistence and a lingering flavor. To ensure the continuity of style and quality that has made Chandon one of America's classic sparkling wines, our Brut is blended with ten to twenty percent Reserve wines from prior harvests.. Appellation: California Composition: Pinot NoirChardonnayPinot BlancPinot Meunier Aging: 18 months on the yeast . This wine offers the balance and elegance that has become Chandon's hallmark style. When you taste Brut Classic, look for nutty flavors with hints of brioche that build to a refreshing dry finish. The wine delivers complex apple and pear characteristics accented by citrus spice over notes of almond and caramel in the bouquet.. Chandon's Executive Chef Eric Torralba and Winemaker Wayne Donaldson recommend serving Chandon Brut Classic to refresh the palate when eating salty, creamy or nutty foods such as Caesar salad, caramelized onions, garlic dishes, mussels, clams, oysters and caviar. This wine is from Italy, Lombardy region, Franciacorta sub-region. Montenisa Brut is the result of a careful selection of Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and a small quantity of Pinot Nero grapes, grown in the vineyards of our Tenuta di Montenisa estate in the heart of Franciacorta. The first fermentation takes place partly in stainless steel vats and partly in barriques, and the second in the bottles, with subsequent contact on the yeasts for at least 30 months. The wine is golden yellow in colour with plenty of mousse and a delicate, lasting perlage . The intense aromas include hints of white peaches and apples and yeasty, toasty notes. The typical liveliness of the Brut is enhanced on the palate by ripe fruit aromas adding depth and balance. Sparkling CHAMPAGNE BLEND Wine Sparkling Wine Imported
