Rossignol Evo Glade AR Cross-Country Skis with NIS Bindings -- Leave the groomed trails behind! The Rossignol Evo Glade AR skis with NIS bindings are easy-running and stable in groomed tracks and on untouched rolling terrain. Short-size concept decreases the overall length as compared to a traditional ski for easy handling; sidecut dimensions make the ski easily maneuverable. Strong air-channel wood core keeps the weight to a minimum and gives the ski lively camber. Nordic Integrated System (NIS) uses a factory-bonded plates, eliminating screws that can compromise the strength and integrity of skis. Skis come mounted with movable NIS bindings that securely click into the NIS plates; quickly adjust binding position to adapt to snow, wax or skier weight. NIS bindings fit boots with NNN racing/touring soles; bindings do not accommodate NNN BC soles. NIS binding system allows for adjustable binding positions without screwing holes into your skis. The binding simply slides into the NIS side rails and clicks into place in seconds. There are five choices of binding positions: one at the balance point of the ski, two at 0.5 cm forward and rear of the balance point and two at 1 cm forward and rear of the balance point. The forward positions provide better grip for more relaxed skiing while the rear positions give better glide for more aggressive skiers. Binding positions adjust easily with the included key.
