The second practice focuses on passing and serve receive. A lot of instruction is given on how to pass by moving the feet, seeing the ball's trajectory from the server before it crosses the net and creating the perfect angle to target. Also, in this practice the Yes or No Swing Drill is introduced. A great drill to teach your players when to go for the big hit and when to turn a bad ball into a quality swing. Each drill builds on the previous drill and progressively integrates the communication elements with the skills.
