Sally Hansen Effects - Unique, but make sure you have time & energy

Pros: very cool designs, no dry time, lasts 10 days

Cons: takes time to put on & take off, costs as much as a salon manicure

Bottom Line:
I wouldn't spend the time, energy and effort with these again if I could afford to get a manicure at a salon. They do have cool colors, though! Read More at Epinions.com
