Pros: Small, compact, 20x zoom, very easy to use.
Cons: Considering the price: NONE
Since I already have a Panasonic NV-DS25, I bought this as a second camera, and it is perfect in that role.
I paid $299 at Circuit City.
My remote for the other Panasonic also works with this camera.
Although the resoulution in low light is not great, it is acceptable especially when compared to my other camcorder.
