This limited-edition chrome Pigtronix Echolution achieves the warmth and ambient saturation of the finest analog echo devices while offering the versatility and features found in high-end digital delays. The Echolution's independent tap tempo and modulation delay modes allow the musician to switch between different delay sounds on the fly. The Echolution has a maximum delay time of 20 seconds and a minimum delay time of 10ms. Designed in conjunction with effects guru Howard "Mick" Davis, the Echolution is a fusion of cutting edge analog and digital circuit design. Made in New York, USA, and includes a signed Certificate of AuthenticityThe Modulation delay operates over 3 distinct time ranges, providing easy access to a huge array of delay-based effects. The short setting (10ms-120ms) provides stereo chorus and rockabilly slapback sounds. The medium setting (100ms-1.2 sec) covers classic echo territory with incredibly lush modulation and rich analog sound. The long setting (1 sec-12 sec) allows for sound on sound, looping, and reverse playback as well as rhythmic multi-tap patterns and pitch bending madness. Multi-tap toggle switches introduce any combination of 5 additional echoes at musical fractions of the master delay time. The values of these fractions are based on quarter notes and triplets. Engaging the (PHI) switch realigns all of these fractions to values based on the Golden Ratio. The Golden Ratio creates a spiral rhythm that is found throughout the universe. It is observed in the shapes of galaxies, sea shells, DNA, the Egyptian Pyramids as well as in the work of many great visual artists and musicians.Chorus (pitch) and tremolo (amplitude) modulation of the delay signal are controlled by a single analog LFO. Independent depth controls allow both types of modulation to be blended for rotary speaker sounds and other space age effects. An Expression pedal input for changing the delay time gives the musician even further control of the Echolution's time and pitch bending capabilities. Thoughtful features include a stereo blend control that mixes the pure analog input signal with the echo signal, a Trails switch that allows echoes to fade gradually after the effect is bypassed and an input Drive control, which can push the echoes into massive saturation. True stereo outputs provide breathtaking 3D sound when used with two amps or direct into a mixer. The Echolution contains a Loop feature that freezes the content of the delay line and repeats the captured audio. When the loop function is engaged, all of the modulation and multi-tap functions remain active, allowing you to warp and manipulate the sample beyond all recognition and then back again to its original sonic form. The Echolution can also operate its delay line in Reverse for backward sounds that are truly psychedelic. This is old school delay style "hold" looping. Reverse and Loop Functions are both switchable via a 2-button TRS remote switch. The key to the remarkably F.A.T. sound of the Echolution is a pair of Howard Davis's proprietary non-linear filters, which reside at the input and output of our 24-bit digital delay line. This circuitry provides both the low-pass filtering characteristic of analog delays as well as the compression and soft clipping, even-order harmonic distortion that makes tube, tape and 15 volt BBD delays so responsive and pleasing to the ears.A variable hi-cut filter gives continuous control of the LPF cutoff frequency. Runaway Self-Oscillation can be achieved by cranking up the Feedback control. Once a sample is looped, it can be manipulated and warped by changing the delay time and multi tap settings.Limited edition in chrome casing with signed Certificate of AuthenticitySwitchable Tap Tempo and Modulation DelayAnalog LFO modulation for chorus and tremoloReverse and Loop Modes with remote switching6-part multi tap with (Phi) Golden Ratio switchTop quality design, components, and workmanshipTrails switch lets echoes fade naturally after b

The tube-enhanced Plush Verbrator Loop and Reverb Guitar Effects Pedal is a multipurpose stompbox combining an all-tube effects loop with a studio-grade reverb. The Verbrator pedal has a 32Khz clock speed for full 16K audio bandwidth. The Verbrator may be Plush's most innovative guitar effect pedal to date.Unlike other "tube pedals," the Plush Verbrator power supply offers a unique regulated switching technology that takes the incoming 9V and converts it to the optimal high voltage a tube really needs to operate best. In addition, a 6V DC regulator provides consistent clean DC power for the tube filament assuring low noise and consistent performance despite any changes to incoming line voltage. The Verbrator can be used on a pedal board as a reverb pedal. It features a Level and Decay controls for short, medium, or long decay reverb algorithms. Use the Plush Verbrator as a tube buffer to convert an incoming high impedance signal to low impedance for long cable runs or for driving a pedal board. The recovery (gain) stage can be used to boost the guitar or pedal board's level with a true tube audio stage. Verbrator provides a warm sweet utility gain stage with a multitude of uses. The effects loop portion of the Verbrator pedal has a unity gain cathode follower to work with any amp with passive preamp outputpower amp input patch jacks, and not a true active effects loop like Ceriatone, Dumble, Bludotone, Brown Note, some Marshall models and others. It has a send level control and high headroom. The return portion of the loop features a high impedance input (250K) and a low output impedance with its own Level control as well. The loop can be run in series or parallel modes, and has a Level Adjust switch for rack or pedal-style effects.Plush provides a 9V DC adapter. The Verbrator loop and reverb pedal also has a unique window showing the tube. Like all Fuchs pedals, the Verbrator features a solid cast aluminum, powder-coated enclosure with heat cured silk screening, dual sided heavy circuit boards, premium switches and controls, and premium electronic parts throughout. ... Read more
The Dwarfcraft Synth Mangler distortion guitar effects pedal boasts a pair of Devi's flagship Soda Meisers with all the trimmings, and of course, its own joystick. The Synth Mangler's joystick controls the intensity of the fuzz. The Soda Meiser can be a meaty rhythm fuzz, but where it excels is the squelching electronic octave up violence, splattery noise, and angry howling oscillation. The closer the joystick is to the Volume knob, the more intense it is. The Noise and Chaos toggle switches bring out additional hisses and brightness for screaming guitar distortion, even in lower-gain settings.Synth Mangler 1 switchSynth Mangler 1 noise toggleSynth Mangler 1 chaos toggleSynth Mangler 1 volume knobSynth Mangler 2 switchSynth Mangler 2 noise toggleSynth Mangler 2chaos toggleSynth Mangler 2volume knobMaster joystickLEDs

It consists of a tremolo and a real vibrato, both with independent sets of speed and depth controls. The tremolo effect works like a change in volume; the vibrato works as a change in tone (pitch modulation) and is carefully designed to imitate the sound of a real tube vibrato. Features 2 switches: on/off and select. Has a built-in regulated power supply.

Thermionic Culture's Culture Vulture Mastering Plus is the
... Read more
Thermionic Culture's Culture Vulture Mastering Plus is the latest in the Culture Vulture range and is designed to be used both as a mastering tool and for those applications where balanced inputs and outputs are required plus some extreme distortion. It has lower noise, better frequency response, and greater accuracy in level controls by having a 3 position input gain switch and a 2 position output attenuator. Therminonic Culture uses Mullard M8100 low noise high gain valves in the input stage, a pair of GE 5725s for Distortion effects, and the Philips 5963 in the output. All are military grade valves for long life. There is an extra exciting distortion setting on the Function switch. This is labelled P2. Its similar to P1 (the most used, Pentode setting) but goes into mad distortion and compression when the valve is overloaded. The old P2 is now P3. In addition to the line level transformer balanced output, there is a lower level unbalanced output which can be used to go to inputs that require low level or if one wants to avoid the distortion in the output transformer. The Culture Vulture is the first and only all-tube unit, dedicated to producing the best harmonic distortion money can buy. It can warm a sound gently, or create a noise like a 200-watt guitar stack overdriven with all speakers slashed. The Culture Vulture is a two-channel unit for adding harmonic distortion to a variety of input sources. By biasing and configuring the distortion tube (5725), four types of distortionwith infinite variations can be achieved.Although the unit can be clean (less than 0.2% THD), added valve distortion may be quite desirable, improving naturality and smoothing off unwanted digital spikes. But The Culture Vulture can be used for effects! Push it and try it!. You have total control over the type and amount of distortion, which can be changed from even to odd harmonics or a combination of both. Starved, the sound from The Vulture becomes thin and loses its body, overfed, it becomes fatter and more rounded. The Culture Vulture features two channels that can be used independently on individual tracks, or put across a whole stereo mix.The Culture Vulture Mastering was developed for mastering engineers to add subtle distortion to a mix or pair of tracks for warming up the sound. The Mastering + Culture Vulture is designed to provide accurate recallable facility plus the ability for even more extreme distortion, so that it can beused in all applications where valve distortion is required. Thermionic Culture used a Mullard M8100 input valve to achieve very low noise. The extra drive position gives some of the bite of overdrive but with far less noise. The extra control over output level with the (-10db) switch allows the unit to be driven into extreme distortion but still have a respectable stereo balance. However the P2 and P3 positions will become so extreme that true stereo wont always be applicable.* Transformer-balanced inputs & outputs on stereo jacks* Large indented input Drive controls with 3-position switch* Indented Output level controls with attenuator switch* 4 position Function control for distortion flavors* Military-grade tubes with longer life and low microphony, including matched 5725 distortion valves* Extended frequency response* Lower noise
