The detachable drumheads give you the option of playing each as an individual frame drum. The heads from each drum are at two different pitches, with one having a lower "calf-like" timbre and the other having a higher pitched "goat-like" timbre. This unique feature gives the drums great versatility- you can use any one of these configurations to create different sounds: a drum with both heads on; a drum with one or the other of its heads on; or each head played separately.
