In the retro-designed National Reso-Lectric a mahogany body combines with a nicely figured Eastern hard rock maple veneer top. Its solid inverted (slimmer as it rises) peghead displays a pearloid overlay with a baby blue, gold and black crest which bears the legend "Reso-," "National," "Phonic" complete with 3 art deco spears (short-long-short) running through the crest. Mounted on a gorgeous creme-black bordered grained ivoroid pickguard (that bears its own smaller crest and spears) is a black single coil P-90 pickup in the neck position. Above and to the left of that pickup are three old-style chicken-beak black knobs as you would see in, say, 1939. In addition you get a high fidelity Highlander IP-1X Piezo pickup in the saddle. Them chicken-beak knobs control the blend, the tone and the volume. The cover plate gleams with manic intensity and features 9 diamonds each made up of 42 holes to allow the intensified acoustic sound to command the room with reso-phonic resplendence. This guitar is known for its extreme versatility, and the sound that emits derives from the hidden hollers of Hell, right at your fingertips to do with as you please. This is an electric guitar for the jaded and the faded - it inspires every player to great expression and the ability to, in a small way, control the world.

The controls are, from left to right, Octave 2 Volume and Octave 1 Volume. The two switches are, from left to right, Octave 1/Octave 2 selector switch and True Bypass switch. There are also trim pots on the inside for gain stage control which are explained in detail later in this manual. Operation: Plug your guitar into the right-hand input jack. Plug the output into your other effects or your amp. Switch your guitar to the neck (rhythm) pickup and turn it up. Turn on the pedal with the right switch and click the left switch until the yellow LED is on. Turn up the volumes for both octaves to the middle. Play a note at the 12th fret and listen for the octave-up sound... compare with the bypassed sound. Now select the red LED and listen to the 2nd Octave up sound, and compare with 1 Octave up. You might try playing double stops or a lower open string with a high (12th fret area) fifth or third harmony on a neighboring string and enjoy the sub-frequencies generated by the ring-mod action. This is most apparent with the one octave setting. Battery Change: When changing the battery, take care not to damage the battery clip wire, and tuck the wire in a safe place before closing the cover. Battery life is quite long. You may use any type of 9 Volt battery you like, but youÂ'll get the best battery life with an alkaline. Enjoy!

The PRS SE Torero electric guitar that we have features the most popular guitar color of all time - BLACK. This is an opaque finish (not see-through), and is no longer available from PRS, but we have it! The SE Torero features several firsts for PRS - a Floyd Rose bridge, EMG pickups, and neck through body construction. These features should appeal to almost any guitarist, both existing PRS players and new musicians. The joint where the neck joins the body (heel), is not pronounced, and blends smoothly into the body. This allows a deeper, lower cutaway for easier and smoother accessibility to the upper frets. The EMG pickups provide the power, clarity, and definition every rock guitarist needs. These features all contribute to the Torero's notable sustain, and the bound ebony fretboard with jumbo frets and no inlays paired with a mahogany body and flame-maple veneer give this guitar a very unique appearance. Since this finish is no longer available, this is a closeout offer: when they're gone, ..... Here's what you need to know. It's brand new with full manufacturers warranty, includes a padded gig bag, free shipping, and you're saving $660.00!! Get it before it's gone!

The Dean '79 Series Z is built to the original specs of the 1979 Deans, boasting a mahogany body with flame maple top, a set mahogany neck, a pair of Dean zebra humbuckers, Grover tuning machines, and a Tune-o-Matic bridge. Get the vintage tone without the vintage wear and tear, and forget about that boutique price tag. '79 Series Z at a Glance Neck Construction: Set-neck Body wood: Mahogany with Flame Maple Top Tuners: Grover Neck wood: Mahogany Fretboard: Rosewood Inlays: Abalone Dots Frets: 22 Scale: 24-3/4" Bridge: Tune-o-matic with String-thru-body Pickups: Two Dean Zebra Humbuckers Controls: 2 volume, 1 Tone, Three-way Switch Hardware: Chrome Finish: Cherry Sunburst Get your wings. Dean zebra humbuckers, Tune-o-Matic bridge with thru-body design. The Dean '79 Series 1979 was a great time for Dean Guitars. Some of Rocks' greatest players played Dean to include: Kansas, ZZ Top, Heart, The Doobie Brothers, Triumph,The Cars, Pantera, Iron Maiden, Def Leppard--the list goes on. Dean Guitars builds these beauties to the original specs of the original 1979 Deans, which are now collectibles on the open market. The '79 series uses the Series 2 headstock, larger than the time capsule, and has the same look and feel as their predecessors of the seventies. The '79 series is available in finishes originally offered in the 1979 Dean catalog, including: Cherry Sunburst, Braziliaburst, and Black with white binding--and the prices are just as striking. Mahogany Body with Flame Maple Top As with the original models, Dean uses a mahogany body for its contemporary '79s. Mahogany is a common choice for electrics, dependably delivering a warm, full tone with plenty of punch and sustain. The flamed maple top serves two purposes. The first, which is plain as day when you take a look at this axe, is aesthetic, with the Cherry Burst finish showcasing the flamed wood grain for looks you can't deny. The second result of the flamed maple top is a focusing of the mahogany tone, imparting clarity to your notes/chords, and a little extra high-end bite. Set Neck Construction The '79 ML features a set mahogany neck, which imparts all the well-known advantages of that style: a warmer overall tone with extended low-end response, wicked sustain, and easy upper-fret access (enhanced even further by the '79s cutaways). The 24-3/4-inch scale neck features a rosewood fingerboard with abalone dot inlays. Dean Humbucker Pickups To capture the biting tones of vintage Deans, the company includes two of its standard humbuckers, in black-and-white "zebra" style for looks as good as the sounds. And what to expect tonally? These pickups should provide more than enough bite for modern styles, along with plenty of low-end and midrange definition. The standard three-way selector allows bridge, neck, or a combination. Each pickup gets a volume pot, and they share the tone control. Grover Tuners If you play guitar then you know what this means--solid, dependable tuning from the industry standard. These guitar machines are a triumph in engineering and style, with a gear ratio of 14:1, perfect gear meshing, and zero backlash and slippage. The gear box has a special lubricant for lifetime, trouble-free service. Tune-o-Matic Bridge The '79's Tune-o-Matic bridge with string-thru body design provides even more sustain, along with precise intonation for your tuning preference. The classic v-shaped plate mirrors the headstock wings for some nice vintage Dean style.
