Bent on the destruction of an evil criminal organization, Grave must traverse six unique environments, utilizing the dual handguns and coffin he possesses to literally destroy anything and everything in his path while doing so. At its most basic level, the gameplay in this third-person action title encourages players to destroy the various enemies along with the environments themselves. Uninterrupted carnage steadily increases the "Beat" meter, allowing players to achieve extended combos through carefully planned attacks. Higher scores and extra abilities are awarded for exemplary play. Complementing Grave's Cerberus guns is a giant coffin that he can wield as both a melee and projectile weapon. In close combat Grave swings the coffin in a 360-degree arc around himself, inflicting significant damage to anything caught in its path. The coffin can also fire a "Demolition Shot." Initially, only one shot is unlocked, with others earned by collecting skulls throughout the game (the higher the ranking, the more skulls earned). Acting as a smart bomb of sorts, a Demolition Shot can be used to eradicate entire enemy hordes, with rockets or copious rounds of gunfire. The aforementioned Beat combos, in addition to increasing the stage score, gradually fill an onscreen meter that rewards players with additional Demolition Shots. A maximum stockpile of nine Shots is allowed per stage. At the conclusion of each level, players are ranked according to their performances in categories such as Beat Count, Enemies Killed, Life Remaining, and so forth. When engaged in combat, Grave doesn't immediately lose health. Instead, attacks are absorbed by a shield that constantly replenishes itself when not under fire, with the catch being that players have to interrupt a combo in order to seek out safe cover first. More routine maneuvers include the ability to run, dive sideways, perform 180-degree quick-turns, and to lock onto and strafe around enemy characters. Cel-shaded cut-scenes highlight Grave's predicament and his interactions with the other characters. Adjustable difficulty settings provide additional replay incentive, as do hidden extras, such as a 3D model gallery mode that allows players to view various character models. Minimize

As you wander about, trying to solve your vessel's quandary, you'll encounter enemies that, in true RPG fashion, must be fought in turn-based battle. They are easily spotted however, and thus battles can be avoided if so desired. When engaged in combat, your character is capable of performing a host of defensive maneuvers, each of which is assigned to a particular face button on the controller. A standard block reduces damage significantly; another counters the enemy attack; a third, while not very effective, grants your character more "Strage" points; and the fourth avoids the attack altogether, but in doing so, consumes a quarter of your Strage Meter. Each of these blocks must be timed correctly, in real-time, in order to be successful. The caveat, however, is that each enemy's attacks vary in both speed and frequency. Once filled, the Strage Meter allows your character to unleash a devastating attack. Runes and Amulets form the basis of Tsugunai: Atonement's magic system. Acquired Runes can be used to cast basic spells, but by placing them in the grooves found within the various Amulets, you'll unlock their true power. Doing so will grant the player the ability to summon beasts during battle, who will then fight alongside your character. Throughout your quest you'll flit from body to body, but only by completing the quests of a select group of people will you be able to return to your own body. Characters gain experience and new abilities as they progress through the adventure, but Demon Stone players won't spend as much time number-crunching as they might in other AD D games. Most of the statistical arithmetic that drives the combat system is applied behind the scenes. Over the length of a season, teams can be improved by drafting new players and purchasing gear upgrades. The PSP game follows the official Blood Bowl rulebook. This bizarre plot sets the stage for a unique, twitch-based rhythm game. The game's ten stages consist of three distinct phases, with two varying styles of play. The first requires the player to manipulate a cone-shaped cursor, anchored at the center of the screen. The objective here is to line the cursor up with a moving target, and then pressing the circle button at the proper intervals to create guitar riffs. The second gameplay mechanic sees icons corresponding to the controller's face buttons moving towards the center of the screen along the horizontal and vertical axes. Here, players must press the correct button as it arrives in the middle. During the charge phase (the first of the three phases) players can increase their health through the successful execution of the on-screen prompts.
