For Enjoying The Delicious Coffee:Wash the coffee maker constantly. Before use for the first time, wash it thoroughly. Use fresh coffee(buy no more than a week's supply at a time and preserve in sealed container) and freshly drawn cold water. heat some fresh water until it nears the boiling point in a kettle or pan. For all brewing it is 11 grams coffee powder per 120 ml water. That is standard coffee measure. Coffee cups should be not too cold. Wash the filter cloth in the hot water before you use it. It is very important to wash the filter cloth before and after each use. Store the filter cloth in clean water in the refrigerator. Handling of Alcohol Lamp:Use of denatured alcohol is highly recommended. Check the height of the turned-up wick and the quantity of alcohol before lighting. Proper height of the wick is 3mm max. The volume of alcohol should be not exceed 4/5. Height of flame should not exceed 4cm. Be sure to extinguish flame before adding alcohol to lamp. Keep The Water From Bumping Boiling: If the boiling water is way out of the line, you can move the lamp away and wait a bit, when, heat the bowl when the water is quiet. You can also position the upper bowl obliquely by pressing lightly, without forcing . The air expanded by the heat causes the water to rise in the upper bowl. Stir with s spoon to mix well. How To Choose The Fluid Alcohol: Please buy the alcohol which purity is above 90% in appointed place. Put the alcohol lamp on the place not to be touched by the children. CAUTION: Use dry cloth when handling bowl when bowl is heated. Do not place the heated glass bowl on a wet material and do not handle the bowl with wet cloth. Do not heat the empty glass bowl or the glass bowl when external surface is wet.Do not set your face close to the coffee maker. Use cleaner of fine grain powder when washing glass bowl.Remove the lid of upper bowl when you heat the maker.Place the alcohol lamp on the base before used. Do not use rough mesh cleanser. Minimize
