Wolf's low profile, high volume gas SCB47-1 Charbroiler can charbroil steak, chicken and even vegetables! It has a stainless steel front, sides, top trim and grease trough. Full width front grease collection drawers are the full width of the charbroiler. This SCB47-1 charbroiler has heavy cast iron char-radiants and 5-1/4" wide sloped cast iron grates. The grates are reversible for "level" broiling or self cleaning. Cast-in pitched grease trough in each grate blade provides fat run-off and controls flare-ups. There is one infinite heat control valve and one 14,500 BTU/hr. burner for each broiling grate.
